Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Rogers

About a month ago I came in and got strawberry cheesecake and graham cracker icecream in a chocolate covered waffle shell... Put it in a togo container and went home and there was a hair in it. Yuck! Called the store and my name was taken down with rhe assurance that my icecream would be remade at a later date. Went in there today and was told by Breanna that "there's nothing we can do, your name isn't written down" while she stood there and never even went and checked. I asked her, "how do you know my name isn't written down? You never even went and checked." So she goes and pretends to check and gets Candice who had even worse customer service skills. Candice comes out and says she refuses to replace my order simply because it had been a month. She then asks what I would do in her position. Laughable since I have worked in food service and replaced orders more times than I can count. The girl acted like I was expecting her to replace a fifty dollar order. God forbid they let one damn scoop go unaccounted for. Nobody told me when I called that I only had so much time to have my order replaced. Being treated like I was a liar was absolutely ridiculous. We are now on our way to Braum's as I write this. Lost our business for sure. I also called another location just to get the name of her boss because Candice refused to give me any information. Worst...

This was the weirdest cold stone experience I’ve ever had. We pulled into the parking lot to see all of the lights in the seating and bathroom area turned off. The “open” sign and all exterior lights were also turned off. There wasn’t an employee in sight through the windows. We thought they were closed before their listed closing time. We tried the door to find it was unlocked and they were in fact open. The 3 teenage looking employees then all came scurrying out of the back to help us. After we got our ice cream, I went to use the bathroom. None of the lights were on in the dining area so I had to walk in the dark around the corner to the bathrooms. I had to use my phone flashlight to see which door was the women’s bathroom. Once inside I found a particularly dirty bathroom with broken fixtures. We left the building since they clearly were discouraging people from using the seating area. It’s possible the dining room was closed for pandemic reasons but all the chairs were left out, and there was nothing saying the dining room was closed. It really seemed like the employees were just trying to make it look closed so customers wouldn’t bother them as they hid in the back.

Whoever was working around 7 pm Wednesday night oct 29th had absolutely no customer service! As we were walking in a lady was walking out and she said don’t except any kind of customer service in there, we walked in and we were the only ones in there. They did not greet us at all. We stood there about 5 mins still no greeting or “I’ll be right with you” they rudely walked up to us and said “what do you want” they literally rolled they’re eyes everytime we ordered my brother got a milkshake and she asked if he wanted whipped cream, he said yes please. She acted extremely annoyed about having to put whipped cream. At the end we asked for napkins she SLAMMED them on the counter and gave us a dirty look. Then when we were checking out she had the nerve to say “if you could leave us a tip that would be great” we of course didn’t, she acted mad about that. Handed us our receipt and...
