Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Rogers

Their smoothies have gotten really watered down more and more and my order has been wrong the last 4 times. This last order I requested the blimey limey ,sub the strawberry with kiwi. I have asked for this many times before and it's always yellow I get a pink drive drink this time. I asked the person the served me if it had strawberries in it and she said no. I tasted it, and it did have some strawberry it. You could taste it even watered down as it was. We also ordered 2 wraps to go. Neither of the wraps were marked for which one was what so we had to unwrap the burrito style wrap (they didn't cut it in the middle at least so we could see which one was which) and when we opened one it was hard to put back together so the wrap was a complete mess to eat. Never in my life have I tipped at a drive thru I didn't even know this was an option. Even if it was it's my choice if I want to tip or not. This afternoon I stopped in for a couple of smoothies with my friends and was forced to give a tip. We stop in frequently, so we know the price of our order. The lady at the drive through gave us our total then asked what percentage we wanted to tip. I said excuse me? Do you want to tip 10%, 15%, or 20%. Umm.. Had to go through the drive-through after the app kept erroring out on my order. I ordered two kids meals with chips and my meal. We drove away to go eat the food since you can’t eat inside during this time. We got to our destination and found out that they didn’t give us our chips with the order. I called the restaurant to tell them and he said ‘OK, do you want to drive through again?’ I told him we had driven away and that wasn’t possible since the car was now parked and kids eating.
