Casey's — Restaurant in Rogers

Every. Single. Day. At around 4:30 to 5 a.m. And god knows how long this person is actually there... There is a guy in your store that I refer to as Lottery Ticket Guy. It is at the point now where I just drive by and if Lottery Ticket Guy is at the counter I just dont even go in anymore because he is just going to be doing lottery ticket transactions THE ENTIRE TIME. But who am I kidding he's there EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY. Today I went inside and sure enough had a multiple minute conversation with a stranger while we waited on Lottery Ticket Guys transactions. Then had to throw my stuff on the counter and leave because I was going to be late for work. You guys either need to get some type of machine or staff another person to work specifically with Lottery Ticket Guy. I actually like the crew of people that work here they are nice but please staff people to take care of Non- Lottery Ticket...

DAY # 6 NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE THE STORE MANAGER LIKE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SO MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE GOES AS I PUT MONEY ON MY CHIME CARD WHICH I USUALLY DO AT WALGREENS BECAUSE IT'S FREE BUT MY SON wanted NOW ON HIS CARD .WE BUY IT THERE 3 HOURS LATER IT'S STILL NOT ON THERE OKAY I THOUGHT I'LL GO BACK UP THERE PATIENTLY THE MANAGER ON DUTY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR PUT IT BACK ON MY CARD THAT'S FINE I SAID.SHE TOLD ME TO RIGHT DOWN MY NUMBER AND NAME AND WILL CALL YOU IN THE MORNING WHEN THE STORE MANAGER GETS THERE THE NEXT AFTERNOON I'M STILL PATIENTLY WAITING ITS BEEN 6 DAYS NOW NO MONEY IN MY BANK AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER OR SO CALLED CORPORATE. Wow, I need to vent, thank you in advance for your time. When to Casey’s General Store on Friday to cash in a $15.00 scratch off ticket. The cashier behind the counter to the ticket and scratched off the barcode that validated the ticket. The she proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t scan without the barcode. Here’s your ticket, and handed it back and said “don’t know what to tell you”.
