I recently made a purchase & for the 3rd time ... Yes! THIRD!!! My kid’s sit to enjoy a slice - only to again pull out a freakin thread of hair. The pizza there is tasty. But again this has happened multiple times “we’ve been that lucky” so first couple times I did get reimbursed now this time I call in to inform staff & female I spoke to said/ insinuates - I’ve done this various times and “it only happens to me” very sarcastically!! I mean who wants to spend $$ on un sanitary meals. 1.Pizza there is very cheap and affordable It’s not my fault they’re not cautious and not use hair nets. CUSTOMERS!!!!! Check your pizzas before leaving the place and or place your order and do mention NO HAIR AS AN INGREDIENT!!!
However & again pizza is great but rude/disrespectful staff & un-sanitary meals aren’t a mojo of mine.

Read moreAbsolute worst Marcos pizza around. Was just recently in there for the 4th time and last time. Their customer service stinks!!!! They don't welcome you in. They continue about whatever their doing before acknowledging you. I have had hair in my food as well. Where the hair nets guys! There was no tp in bathroom. Not to bring this up again but no one comes there to eat to listen to employees talk about each other. All we heard was high school gossip up front. Management is obviously never in there and when we asked we were told well we have shift leads. Honestly this location gives marcos a bad name. And the employee shift lead christy is very rude, she made 1 of our sandwiches and drowned it in mayo to the point it was nasty. I tried to be nice but got the biggest eye roll ever. Read moreI love Marco’s food. But every time I get it delivered, something happens. Every order is marked “Contact-less” and that has yet to be respected. The following are different deliveries:
The deliverer knocked multiple times and said I had to hit “Confirm” on his keypad for the tip to be approved. Later finding out this was an additional tip. Same thing happened and declined My wife answered and the same deliverer of a different order did the same thing and we declined. I put in the notes of where my door is on the order, answered the phone call and let them know which side of the building my door is (just as it is written in the notes). Then gets lectured at my front door that they will “read between the lines next time”
