My friend put in a mobile order for breakfast since it was close to breakfast ending, that way we could speed up the process. When we arrived in the drive through, we waited for someone to greet us, so we could state that we were there to pick up a mobile order. No one speaks. We then watch two vehicles in the other drive through lane get their order taken and go through the line. While waiting, we watch the menus change from breakfast to lunch, but still no one on the speaker. We pull up to talk to someone, and are told that since we didn't put our order in until after breakfast, they can't make it. While annoyed because we already paid for it on the app and we were there before breakfast ended, we state that we will take a refund and cancel the order. We are told that they can't do that. We speak to a "manager" that has to leave the window to go ask someone what to do, before coming back to tell us there is nothing they can do. No food, no refund. The money will be put back on your card in a few days is the only answer that we were given. We ask to speak with whoever the "manager" was talking to. This person didn't even try to use customer service. Flat tone "it can't be done." The response to us having to wait as breakfast ended and the other lane still moving? "We were busy." Then they shut the window on us. The problem is that my friend and I have both been restraunt management, both fast food and sit down. There are tons of ways to make something right if you want to. Read moreI stop at this McDonald's once every 2 weeks it seems since they remodeled it definitely changed for the worst I ordered a fish sandwich like I do with the other McDonald's this fish sandwich was mushy not the least bit crispy there was no tartar sauce the piece of fish was tiny and that was it between two pieces of bread The french fries you can tell we're old they weren't even hot they were warm and extremely salty I was surprised though because I ordered my mocha frappa and I did get it every time you go there I always go through the drive through they always say the machine is broke and I said to the girl the one day over the speaker how come every time I come here this machine is broke and she got snippy and nasty and told me why don't I get out of my car and come in and try it myself and then she said is that it and tell me pull up to the next window your drive-thru is very nasty and their food went downhill their Big Macs are not like they used to be I tell them Big Mac no lettuce I get a Big Mac with lettuce on it they can never get their orders right I used to go to there a lot before they remodeled but there have been many times I was going to stop but I just drove fast and said I'll go to the other McDonald's because at least I know the food is good and I get it the way I want it and I don't get an attitude it's a shame. Read moreAt night, they put a 15 minute wait time on everybody coming through the store WITHOUT a mobile order. I understand since it’s night time. And they can be easily overwhelmed with mobile orders, Doordash, and drive through orders with few workers.
But I put in a mobile order early to try to give them time to make my order. I go to the drive through, they immediately say I have to wait 15 minutes without even asking me if I have a mobile order today. We understand since there are other cars already there. So we wait because we already placed an order online.
Then they come back to us finally, and we tell them our mobile order. Then they say they can’t make it. It’s the happy meal. They can’t make the happy meal after telling us we HAD to wait 15 minutes before they could get to us. So not only did they make us wait 15 minutes, they couldn’t even make our order.
Then they told us they couldn’t refund or cancel on their end. That we had to do it on our end on our phone. Nice.
They legitimately don’t want to work. They only reason they want you to cancel on your end is to make sure the store numbers look good. Less...
