I like Outback and have been going to this location off and on since moving to this area. The last two visits have made it so I wonât be back again. First visit my girlfriend ordered a steak and asked for medium, when she got the steak and cut it to check it the middle was raw like cold to the touch. Brought it to the attention of our waitress who joked that it looked like it was ready to walk off the plate. Got it refried and it was fixed, and I figured no big deal sometimes these thing happen. Next time we visit my girlfriend asked for medium well, she figured better be safe than sorry after last time. Well it came out rare, not raw this time which was a step up, but still way more red than desired. Got our waitress to take it back and she apologized for the mistake, what happened next is why I wonât be coming back to this location. A manager brought out the steak and at first apologized and asked if the steak was cooked to her liking. She checked, and it was well done now but thatâs better than before so she said yes. The manager than goes on to explain that my girlfriend must have misunderstood what she asked for and this is why they have pictures on the menu. We pointed out that she asked for medium well and what came out was rare, and thatâs by the pictures on their menu. Instead of apologizing she said this is how we make it but are always happy to adjust to the needs of our customers. We were flabbergasted by this response and she walked away saying she hoped we enjoyed the rest of our meal. Iâm very disappointed in this as I have no problem with mistakes happening, but when a manager tried to gaslight us this way I can no longer support this restaurant and will be taking my...
Read moreI hadnât been to Outback in years so when my son said he wanted to try it out, I agreed. We didnât have a very good experience from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us and we stood waiting for about 10 minutes before a waiter sat us. Our waitress didnât know we had been seated so it was another 10-ish minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. The Queensland chicken and shirmp pasta dish used to be my favorite thing in the menu so I ordered that. My son ordered the blooming onion burger. The food was so bad. When the waitress sat my food down in front of me, I asked if the sauce was supposed to look like that because it looked so off-putting. She said it was âsome kind of lemon sauce but it doesnât taste like lemon at all.â She was not wrong. There was no flavor in the sauce on the pasta, the only thing I could taste on the shrimp was chilly powder, and the chicken was dry. My son only took a few bites of his burger and said it tasted weird. I tried the meat and it was super salty and was slightly mushy. It was not good. I feel like I wasted $65 because neither one of us ate our food. The loaded fries and bread were good but thatâs not enough to make me want to go back...
Read moreEvery single time I visit this place with the intentions of trying the prime rib they are always out. 100% of the time. Why have it on the menu if you cannot provide it. The employees are great. The service is above 5 - star but the product absolutely sucks. This was once the best burger place with fat, juicy hamburger patties so I ordered a burger. Disappointed. It has been a long time since I visited Outback 6 times the last three weeks with hopes of trying the never available prime rib and only to find they serve smashed not fresh patties. Iâm sorry Outback but I tried. Everything her is 5 Star and your food is 1 Star. Thatâs only because there is not an option to give zero stars. Who ever made the decision to change food suppliers made a terrible decision. Covering dog poop in bloomin sauce will only get you so far and putting items on the menu that are never available is a horrible business practice and honestly straight up dumb. Good luck. You will survive without my money because the leadership before you had a good brand name but Iâll take McDonaldâs over you ever time now. At least they provide what they put...
