Several Sundays ago I actually went into the store and looked at the merchandise I had been in and out of there for about a year well when we my cousin Kathy and I found an apartment together I wanted a new bedroom set so I looked at what was available the manager was great when I was just looking around answering some questions so today I went back and I purchased a wooden bed frame headboard footboard the chest to match and the TV console for the living room the manager was very attentive to me and he had four customers in there I told him just let me look you know help them out I'm in no hurry because I was trying to make up my mind. I'm a firm believer you can advertise as and pay for it as much as you want but good reviews on your site and word of mouth is better than any advertising you pay for so I purchased the items we decided on a delivery date next week that would work for his team he is so very kind and thoughtful hands hurt all my questions made sure that my TV was going to fit on the bedroom chest and the one in the living room was the correct size I would highly recommend your store over Ashley Sam's Furniture and all the other people out there I lived in Dallas for 20 years so I know good furniture he even offered to move my box springs and mattress and I said no I need those to sleep on until the moving company comes on Friday of next week I said they could move those for me I would highly recommend anyone to go in there you'll see a price but that's not necessarily the price you're going to pay I save myself a lot of money and I am so happy with you all give your manager a high five and thanks for making shopping a fun experience not someone trying to sell me stuff I don't need or that's out of my...

They were extremely helpful! And all the employees worked together as one. We got a great deal on a new king mattress! And had the best experience ever at check out! The visit my husband and I shared with Mr. Shofner was enlightening to know that he was from the same neck of the woods my mom was raised! Not too many people know of that small town way up in the sticks! It goes to show just how small YET BIG yet small our world is. We will most definitely be dealing with them again in the near future! I had such a great experience with NWA Home Furniture! Before my move, JoeDan went above and beyond to help me. He stayed in touch over the phone and by text, I was able to text him pieces I liked on the website and he was able to send me pictures of different complimenting pieces. He secured a TV stand for me months in advance so it would be ready when I moved. When I came in to pick it up, I also found two other pieces that I was able to take home when picking up my TV stand.
