Christina , the manager on shift was rude from the start. We were told they were slammed and it might take too long for us to get food on our 30 minute meal break from work. There was a family of 5 and two more folks in the lobby and two cars in the drive thru. Then we had ordered a large drink and she forgot it so when we asked for it she gave us two smaller cups for the inconvenience. Makes no sense. A bad manager makes for a bad dining experience.

Read moreThe workers are like my family they are amazing! The Manager Skye or at least I think she is the manager and if not she should be promoted is the nicest person I have ever met! I have 3 Autistic sons my life is hard but not when it's an out to eat night at this particular Arby's! It's like a home away from home or even better because I don't have to cook! I think Skye needs a raise and some praise to be honest! I don't just say this because of how she treats us ... She is always cleaning and does a fabulous job running the place! When we go and she is off it's very different but they all still try! Read moreI placed an online order for 2 Buffalo sliders, and a drink at 208pm. I arrived to pick up my meal at 218pm, no one else was in drive thru. The girl at the window said my order wasn't ready because the entire crew got distracted by candle salesman who had awesome smelling candles, and acted like I should understand their distraction. I received my order at 224pm. My boss didn't understand my late return to work.
