Noah's NY Bagels — Restaurant in Rolling Hills Estates

Update: It took a while, but after submitting a complaint, I was credited for the botched order.

I ordered the gourmet half dozen bagel with shmear for pick up. Got home and saw there was no shmear and the bagels were not the ones that says it's included on the ordering site. They even included a roll that's not even a bagel. Went back and they insisted that it is just whatever gourmet bagels they have and you need to call to ask for specific ones. This is ridiculous because it states "Half Dozen Gourmet Bagels & Shmear 6 Freshly Baked Gourmet Topped Bagels including 2 Cheddar Jalapeno, 1 Jalapeno Bacon, 1 Spinach and Swiss, 1 Six Cheese and 1 Power Bagel along with 1 tub of Double-Whipped Plain Shmear." There is no way to edit the bagel selection and no Disclaimer that says it includes a random selection and you have to call. I'm pretty sure they were just lying because they're busy. Bagel was warm but not toasted as I asked. No medium roast coffee had to wait an eternity for them to make it, after it was made it was made, it just sat there in the back not brought out to the customers, I had to ask them again about the coffee, ate my bagel without coffee. Half and Half was empty. Not enough people working and they were not that busy. No logical system for preparing and serving food and coffee. Amateur night at Noah’s this morning. One of the servers did not know what medium coffee was. Today zero TP in the bathroom. For there to be zero TP that means no one who works there has checked it in ages....

I was lookong forward to eating here but i have to say I was really disapointed with managment i sat to enjoy coffee and noticed that she refused to do any real work, mind you the actual employees were incredibly busy, I just wasnt happy hearing her abuse the staff out loud and in front of customers. The old men were saying inapropriate things to the very very young females and the managef just laughed it off. Very wierd dynamic to see and i was only there for 30 min love this bagel quality but i hope they see that managment is gonna cause...
