Bottom line: This small cafe in PV is a nice stop for a weekend brunch. It has a good selection of sweet and savory crepes, omelettes, coffee, and lunch sandwiches. Give it a try! Details: We chose to sit on the patio (note: no heaters), but there are several tables inside as well. I started with a "dirty" (added shot of espresso) chai latte - delicious and not too sweet. The Mister had an excellent glass of fresh-squeezed OJ and the Denver omelette. I had the ham, egg, and cheese croissant. The breakfast items were very good (eggs nice and fluffy, seasoned well), though I would have appreciated a similar small side salad that was served with the omelette with my sandwich, or the option for some lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. To cap off the meal and try the signature specialty, we tried the berry-filled crepe. The flavor was good, but the drizzled sauce had a distinct artificial hue, and given the quality of the rest of the meal, the canned whipped cream was a bit of a let-down. But very minor quibbles to a perfectly pleasant weekend brunch.

Sunday morning visit(~9 am): 1. Ordered vegetarian omelette with sautéed potatoes, Eiffel Tower and freshly squeezed orange juice. 2. Omelette was the best, even the greens were so fresh, I finished them first. The side of plain baguette bread was fantastic too. If I go again, I would choose side of gratin potatoes(so good, tasted from my friends’ plate) instead of sautéed potatoes. Eiffel Tower was a sweet crepe with bananas and Nutella(option of strawberry as well). It’s good. Freshly squeezed orange juice was very pulpy, loved it. 3. Vibe was awesome, it’s priced for the vibe, taste of the food offered. We had a 10 min wait time to get a table. Service was little slow, but hey pandemic! So expected. I’d definitely visit again.

The Crepery Cafe in Rolling Hills, California, is a better than average local cafe. Our group of 7 women went (without a reservation) to the Crepery Cafe after realizing it was very close to the South Coast Botanical Gardens. The staff seated us within 15 minutes of arrival. The lattes and coffee drinks were very good. The food was made without any complaints and all seemed very satisfied with their brunch choices. The only disappointment was they were out of pancakes. We were able to have the checks split (three for our table). All in all this was a great place for our group to meet and enjoy a meal. Thank you to the staff for getting our meals and drinks 100% correct!

The French toast and creamy chicken crepes were great! Not giving 5 stars because of the poor cleanliness. We wanted to sit outside but every table was dirty (dirt dirty like they hadn't been wiped yet this morning). Inside they cleared tables but didn't wipe them so literally people who came in sat at the clean table and they were surrounded by dirty ones. We started joking that maybe they just close the restaurant when all of the tables are dirty. One table even had new silverware on it but there was food and crumbs all over it! Makes me worry what the kitchen looks like. This was my first time there so I am not sure if they are usually cleaner so I don't want to mark it...
