I had ordered 2 pizzas thru the app. I placed my order at 8:48p.m. I always watch the tracker when I order on the app. At around 9:15p.m it said that it was out for delivery. My driver said it was delivered around 930p.m. I gave him a few extra minutes to show up. When he didnt show up by 935p.m. I decided I would call the restaurant to find out where my order was. I sat on the phone for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer, no one ever did. So I decided to take the drive there. On my way there I was still trying to get them on the phone. When I walked in the man at the counter said he was the shift manager and the phone was ringing with no one attempting to answer it. I explained to him what had happened. He told me he could make my pizzas over for me I would have to 35 more minutes, I said ok. He then proceeded to cancel my order and was going to charge me for only 1 if the pizzas. That o e pizza was just as much as I had paid for my whole order including my delivery fee. I asked him why he canceled the order when he told me it would be 24 hours for my money to go back. That was all I had at the moment, so I couldn't pay for the remake. I dont feel like I should have had to pay for the full price of one pizza when I ordered on the app I get app deals, I was not going to pay the same price I was paying for 2 pizzas. He then said ok I will just remake the whole order. My fiance asked what the GMs name was and he did not answer. While waiting for our pizza he kept telling us they was short staffed. There was 4 people in the store and they had 3 drivers delivering. That is 7 people. Not one person could answer the phone out of the 4 in the store. Then as our pizza was finishing up a lady came in who said she was the GM. I really hope not because this lady was so high her eyes were glazed over. She did nothing but offer excuses for this situation. As we were leaving she offered us a 2 liter of soda. We did not get it but she did offer it as it would make everything ok. Now while we are at the restaurant the delivery driver showed up to the house with the pizzas at 955 p.m. he left the pizzas on our wet porch railing when no one answered the door. Read moreVery disappointing when you call from Armuchee and they answer the phone less than a mile from the store. This has happened more then once. I did give them a bad review on their app for this last time. The manager called and gave some excuses as to what may have happened. The woman on the phone was rude and didn't let me finish ordering when she gave me a quick total and hung up on me. She said they were busy . I got there about 30 seconds after she hung up. That excuse wasn't good bc I walked in paid. 1 person making a pizza. Guy pulls up about 5 min. later. I wait 5-7 min. walk in and the guy making pizzas is taking his order. Now if they were that busy the guy making pizzas wouldn't have time to wait on the customer. The young lady should have done that. It's not that they were short handed. That was one of the managers excuses. The problem was no supervision to guide these people to do the job!! When I order I always get thin crust. When I got home it was pan bc again the young woman on the phone didn't let me finish my order‼ The call lasted 11 min 36 secs. Was a totally on phone for about 45 secs.

We told them online what we would be in and my husband had to go in to see what was going on with our order. I called to see what was taking so long even though we were sitting right outside. The only car out there. They tell me that whoever answers the phone says she's the manager. She's going to say that we had to tell them when we get there. I was irate. I told them I'm not paying for this order after all they put us through. Being smart alecs saying not to go back to that store. Believe me I won't even if we were paid to go in that place.
