I have edited my review now that I have had a raw deal with in store customer service... I had a item that was scanned 2xs the girl was nice about it she refunded it immediately but when my bank seen the refund transaction so close to purchase transaction they flagged it and sent it back to hobby lobby once 3 days had went by and it was credited to my account. Well I called the local store and the manager pretty much snubbed me told me it was between me and my bank and that I would have to call back on Wednesday after Xmas lol talk about seasons greetings anyways I insisted i could prove the money was sent back to them showing where my bank sent it back on a statement and he still stonewalled me with the Grinch attitude. I will go to Micheal s or make the Drive to hobby town usa next time or maybe even shop local ... I am pretty much out my money for over a week and it will take longer when hobby lobby sends it back to my bank for them to process it on Wednesday. it discourages folks from using cards and doing refunds so they don't have to loose the money u just gave them when u get told it's not their problem.... Why even shop with a card and if you do you can't get ur money back in hand it has to go back to bank never in...

No associate ever greeted me, nor did they ask if I needed directions to the location of where the items that I was looking for were at. The "check out" experience was the worse. The lady in the check out line, just ahead of me, asked the clerk to price check her item, after she heard the price, she asked the clerk if she could leave her items on the check out counter while she "runs back there and gets another one" since she liked the cheep price on the items, the Cashier said "sure". After 10 minutes had passed, and the lady finally returned with her other items, she proceeded to purchase her items by method of counting out coins that she had to empty the entire contents of her purse to retrieve. Then when I made my purchase, with a ten dollar bill, the Cashier took more time, and placed that ten dollar bill under a scanner to check authenticity. The bill was genuine and my shopping experience was finally over. Why did the Cashier not slide the other lady's items to the side, and check me and my one item out, instead of making me wait that long, I have no idea. Then checking my money , only added...
