Staples — Local services in Rome

First of all the associates are nice and helpful. I purchased a laptop back in February 2025 it was glitchy I had to send it in three times. They finally refunded my money to an e-card instead of the original purchase debit card. Now it is August I tried to order a computer online. Using the e-card and a debit card. They could not confirm deliverability so they canceled the order without notification. I called customer service. They told me I needed to go into the store and have it delivered to the store. So I go into the store, order the computer use the E card and a debit card. Within four or five hours, they canceled the order again due to unavailability. Then they are issuing a check for the debit card amount instead of refunding it to my debit card, and refunding the E card amount back to the card. I wish they would just refund everything back to my debit card. I am done...

Staples Copy Center is staffed by highly professional and courteous individuals. I have trusted the most precious of personal material and photographs to them. I have trusted them with professional materials for over a decade. Without a single hitch, they have always delivered 100% in customer service, products, and assistance. Even when I'm at my Cartersville office, I'll drive to Rome because I trust this Copy Center entirely. This applies to ALL the work I have entrusted to them since they opened (and I am very picky!) I'm about to have materials prepared for hand delivery to Pres. George W. Bush and I KNOW they will turn out fabulously. Kudos to great management, Rome Staples! I went into the store to buy a computer, but they didn't have it in stock. They were going to order for me, but they couldn't figure out how to run my card as credit. I ordered it online and it was supposed to arrive on the 21st. Turns out they cancelled my order without alerting me because the store kept my order in the system. When I called customer service they promised it would arrive on the 21st. Didn't happen. They are not people of their word and they could care less. I will never shop at Staples again. You guys lost a customer, but I'm sure...
