Disappointed and Frustrated Experience
I had a very disappointing visit to this Taco Bell location. Unfortunately, several issues with my order left me frustrated and feeling like my money was wasted.
I went through the drive-thru and placed a $49 order, which included 3 Chicken Crunchwrap Supremes, 1 Chicken Quesadilla, 3 Doritos Locos Tacos (specifically requested with chicken), and a 12-pack of Cinnabon Delights. Hereās what went wrong: Incorrect and Missing Items: ⢠I only received 2 Chicken Crunchwrap Supremes instead of 3. ⢠The Doritos Locos Tacos, which I paid extra to have made with chicken, were given to me with beef instead, even though I donāt eat beef. Those went straight to the trash. ⢠With items missing, my group had to share what little food we had, and it wasnāt enough. Quality Issues: ⢠The Crunchwrap Supremes were incredibly disappointingāthin, poorly made, and barely filled. They were worse than the tacos in size and substance, which is not what I expect from Taco Bell.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for food I didnāt receive and couldnāt eat, and what I did receive was of very poor quality.
I hope this review encourages the management to improve their service, food preparation, and attention to customer requests. I would love to see better consistency and quality in the future, as this visit was far from the Taco Bell standard Iāve enjoyed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreterrible people, bad attitudes !!, went through drive-thru, no one came on the speaker, figured they were closed (12:15 am ) even though it says online they are open till2:30 am. so I pulled off and then see a car with a bunch of teenagers getting food at the window so I pulled back to the order sign, once again no one to take a order and I continue to sit. so I decided to pull on to the window behind the teenagers and sat there for 17 mins before being able to pull to the window. upon pull to the window the girl says you'll have to order at the sign, I told her I sat there for exactley 12 min. while she was engaging in conversation with the customers before me so she said what would you like, and before I could tell her she said we don't have any cheese and we don't have and taco shells or soft shells and we can't do any nacho frys, so my granddaughter said I just want a drink, so I tell her we will just have 2 drinks and she said would you like to drink and I told her coke, and she replied pepsie and I said ok pepsie is fine and she said we don't have any of that either. I was totally throwed off and it really pissed me off and I said we'll what the hell do you have, and why the hell are you even open? then she smiled at me and said go home and I did just that and now...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Taco Bell experience of my life tonight. This Taco Bell is consistently bad in the evenings (day shift doesn't seem too bad), but tonight was on another level. They didn't have the first two things I asked for off the menu, then didn't make the items I did receive correctly. I waited at the drive-thru for 35 minutes, for them to not have what I wanted, and then for food that wasn't correct. If the food had been for only me, I would have just left- as I witnessed about 10 other vehicles do. Employees were out in the parking lot screaming... Staff were only taking one order at a time, while making the rest of the line wait. Like, they tell you to wait a moment, finally take your order after 4 to 5 minutes, then take your money, make your drinks, wait for your food to be prepared, hand it to you, and then tell the next person at the drive-thru to go ahead with their order. It was really quite ridiculous. Especially considering that the dining room was totally closed off. It would have taken me less time and frustration to have driven to the Taco Bell...
