Bojangles — Restaurant in Rome

Did not find anything wonderful about I weighed 15 to 20 minutes on sit down to and took a few bites and went to bathroom and then I seen all the uncleanness of the bathroom and the mold in the smell and I went back to my table and threw my food away that was the nastiest place I've been in in Rome Georgia I called the manager to complain because they said they wasn't one there that day and told her what I have found and she said they was going to try to get the bathrooms and kitchen remodel because of the mode seeking through the walls from the bathroom into the kitchen where the walls come together in the building I was so disappointed and sick when I left there I will never eat at another Bojangles anywhere in Rome the one on Martha Berry is just about as bad but the one on Turner McCall was really disgusting I don't understand how they would let that place stay in business I asked for a food report and it was very low I thought they inspected these places more often I'm just so glad that I didn't get salmonella or some other kind of sickness from eating the food are using the restroom.. if you've been in there then you know what I'm talking about this is not no made-up stuff I will never spend money...

The old lady at the window with that smeared blue eyeshadow and red lip color needs to fix her attitude and her face. EVERY TIME I’ve been there. I always get stuck with her at the window. If you’re miserable go elsewhere. It’s people centered business. I believe the customer isnt always right, I’ve worked and still work with people on a daily basis. And I don’t treat them how she treated me. She needs to go on somewhere nursing home, or draw ssi or ssa. She’s always so ugly and huffs and puffs and her eyes like she’s annoyed. she literally counted 1…..2…3 like I’m slow. I asked her to repeat the order she said you got a number 1 a number 3 okay sherlock. YOU know the menu, I don’t You’ve probably been there since the place opened. I specifically told the girl what I wanted and she rung it up with whatever numbers it pertained to. I refuse to stop by here anymore. My goodness... There was only our car and one other before us. It took a lot of extra communication just to get the order repeated back to me correctly so I anticipated an incorrect order. The confirmed my order again at the window. They handed me half my order at the window and then told us to park for the rest of it. Once we were parked I noticed we were given a biscuit instead of a sandwich so my husband had to go back in. Keep in mind still only 2 cars. Us and one ahead of us that too is parked beside us. We waited 35 mins for our food. Once we got home we had no condiments that were requested. AND they burned my chicken on my chicken sandwich! They must have had a scatter brain kind of day because Bojangles in the morning is total opposite. I've been lots of times in the morning and lunch time and it's good.
