Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Rome

Literally laughed...these kids were out of Mac n cheese, coleslaw, cheesecake, minute maid lemonade. Everything I initially tried to order they were out of. I asked for 2 orders of chicken tenders, he said it would be a 5 min. wait. I said that's fine. Then I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and he said that will take 4 min. It was as if they didn't want to serve me. They asked me to wait in the parking lot...which was over 10 min. They brought food out to the car that was in front of me...and then to the car behind me. I'm not sure what is wrong with this place, but I'll never be back. Horrible customer service. I asked for Ranch dressing, with 2 orders of 5 piece chicken tenders the girl brought out only ONE ranch cup. She said I can drive back through their drive through if I wanted more...to sit in that line again??? Are you kidding me? Who is the manager of this place?! Just close your doors, honestly. What a disgrace.

I got home and the red beans and rice weren't even cooked. Dried out and hard rice. GROSS...

I refuse to go back to this Popeyes until this one guy doesn’t work their anymore. No reason why I shouldn’t want to go to a restaurant because I know if I do I have to deal with an employee doing the most and me being uncomfortable . He whispered “bitch” to my sister.. gets the orders & drinks wrong after asking you your order 3 times. My chicken sandwich wasn’t done in the middle. A hot mess! I made a mistake and ate here again. My food was old and nasty. Everything was hard! The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a 8 count nugget and asked for sweet heat sauce. The person with me ordered a chicken sandwich and PAID for sauce. We only received sauce for the chicken sandwich meal but the employees insisted on arguing with us about how she can’t give us no more sauce for the 8 count other than the 2 that comes with the meal.. we continued to explain that we didn’t get any and the 2 workers continued to argue that they put sauce in the bag. This place is disgusting and it needs to...

I have been to this location twice. The first time, shame on you, the second time, shame on me for expecting something different. This location needs to do a better job. The staff employed there are either screwing up on purpose or the manager needs a crash course in talent acquisition and management. Popeye's on TurnerMcCall....what are you doing that is working for this location? It's always empty, the staff cannot get orders or amounts right, and the food is not meeting the standards set by the restaurant chain. I am from Louisiana, where Popeye's started and this is an embarrassment to Al Copeland! Based on these reviews and the experiences shared, I am surprised corporate has not stepped in to shut this embarrassment down. Do better, be the Popeye's we know you can be by making necessary changes so this location can thrive The reviews have given you the information you need to make these changes.
