Arby's — Restaurant in Romeoville

To the people of Romeoville, I urge and beg you not to visit this location. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with this franchise and to my personal opinion, this location should have been closed instead of the one further up the road due to the horrible staff and management. First off, I placed an online order and not only was I charged for a medium drink and was served a kiddie cup , my medium fries weren’t even filled up. The next day which is today, I go to get my replacement side order and not only did they not give me the correct order again, they made it extremely difficult for me to replace even going as far as to call as if I’m lying about curly fries for gods sake. People please like I said save your money and go to an establishment who will actually appreciate your dollar. I personally will never visit this location again and I WILL MAKE IT MY BUISNESS TO MAKE SURE NO ONE WHO IM ASSOCIATED WITH COME HERE AS WELL. This is ridiculous. This is the WORST Arby's I've ever been to!! I went through the drive through and placed my order. The young lady read back my order and it was correct. When I got home however, my fries were old and very cold. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and it had bacon and Swiss but there was NO CHICKEN!!! I ordered a beef and cheddar and didn't get it. When I went back, I asked the lady what was wrong with the chicken sandwich and she said she didn't know!! I had to tell her there wasn't any chicken on the sandwich!! She ended up giving me the correct chicken sandwich and a beef and cheddar and another fry, all was still cold!! Including the chicken!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! Well, no response to our entering for at least 4 minutes, 10 minute wait for our food, it took 5 minutes for a lemonade, and a walk-by delivery at the counter with our order. Moral seemed low, matching the quality of our food. There were no forks, no cups for the sauces, and the napkins were in the dispenser backwards. My curly fries were extremely oily and I couldn’t pick up my Smoked Brisket sandwich from the container. My wife’s Prime something sandwich was boring and pasty.
