That One Truck — Restaurant in Romulus

I decided to checkout this place because I saw all the good reviews and influencers promoting this place. I don’t usually write reviews but like most of us came to this place for all the good reviews and my experience was different from what everyone claims First of all, I had to peek on the window to let the guy know I was ready to order, he was on his phone with headphones on so I had to call him a few times but i didn’t mind that at all I ordered a birria bowl and some wings and the guy asked me where I was and he could take my order to me, I’m a truck driver so i’m parked all the way in the back and he said it was fine so I went back to my truck and waited almost 30 minutes before I had to go check if my order was ready, i thought maybe they were busy, they said it wasn’t ready yet and I did see a few cars parked waiting for their order so I thought yea they’re busy but then waited another 30 minutes before going back to check if my food was ready, when I went back a second time no cars were waiting for their order and as soon as the dude saw me walking towards the truck he said “oh I was looking for you” I waited over an hour for a birria bowl and some wings and the food looked like it was sitting there for a while since the rice and birria was cold and the...

I tried this place twice and disappointed twice. What I ordered: Chicken tacos the 1st time I went and second time loaded fries with chicken. Chicken tacos were not very good because honestly it was more cheese then anything barely had any chicken. The little bit off chicken I got I tried it alone no flavor. Only thing that gave the tacos flavor was was there sauce called “that one sauce”. The chicken tacos was more like a quesadilla mainly because it was just cheese. The loaded fries with chicken was lacking so much flavor I repeat only thing that gave it flavor was there sauce besides that very bland. The price for amount of food and quality is not worth it. PS:The dumpster should be moved a little bit farther from the food truck because you could smell it from the ordering window and be a little bit cleaner. Chicken Tacos-2/10 Loaded Fries...

Birria tacos were legit! The only reason they didn't get a 5 was there was too much sauce on them.... Birria was nice and not dry.... There was great cheese with good cheese pull... Shell was perfect crisp! I wanted to give them a 5 but I'm sure you can ask them to go light on the sauce... I squeezed the lime and it helped to cut through it nicely... Tacos were delivered out to my car got good service! Atmosphere could use some work.. maybe come picking up around the areas and what looks to me there is oil being dumped out the back of the truck and leaving a spot on the dirt resembling oil or something.... Maybe some sprucing up a bit..... I would go back to try something else no...
