I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Sarah at Capitol Bistro and Bar by the Airport. With over 30 customers to manage as both a bartender and waitress, she handled it all seamlessly and with a radiant smile.

From the moment I walked in, Sarah greeted me attentively, swiftly brought me a menu and a glass of water, and recommended the shrimp tempura and onion soup, which turned out to be a perfect choice for my taste buds. Her passion for taking care of customers and her extraordinary multitasking abilities were evident.

Throughout my visit, Sarah exhibited poise, professionalism, and mixed drinks with a contagious smile. She made managing multiple patrons look effortless, creating an inviting space that made everyone feel like she knew them personally. Witnessing her hug a customer goodbye was a testament to the customer loyalty she fosters.

What struck me most was how she effortlessly caught my glance from across the room when I needed another beer. Sarah's attentiveness and dedication to her craft are truly remarkable. The service was terrible we had to wait and extremely long time for our food. The waitress kept disappearing the whole time. It's surprising that there's only one server for the entire restaurant. So naturally food came out cold, if at all. All of our hot food was served cold. While it took forever for a turkey club. Seriously how long does it take to make a turkey club? It's not like you have to cook it. We were never offered drinks. Other members of my party were missing items that they ordered. The waitress came over and took our order without writing it down so naturally she forgot things. Everyone's food came out cold my steak was not not cooked well and it was cold I asked if she could please warm it up she came back with the steak warm but the rest of my food cold. Everyone else at the table was not really pleased with their meal. The table were sticky the salt and pepper shaker filthy. It leaves you to wonder if you're not cleaning the tables thoroughly there's good chance the rest of the restaurant is not clean. Even after we received our check we waited and waited for the server to come back and collect the money she never did. Eventually I had to walk over to the bar area and ask someone to get her. Unfortunately there's not a lot of food options...

Awful! Had a shirt and Shorts on I thought I be underdressed nope the over wight lady with a belly shirt was. There was a guy picking his toe off to the side. Loud woman table next me and other side making comments about me I over heard. The whit staff was Awful took them just to say be right with you. Took forever to get food and a refill. The salad was trash the ranch was like water and what they charge for a side salad is sad. The fish was not bad half of a hand full of Fries and 2 little Pieces of fish at 19$ at least toss some more fries on. I had to sit at a table with the air vent it was very cold.
