This used to be a great McDonalds, now not so much. Upon entering we waited for a while for someone to come take our order at the counter (I try to avoid kiosks...I like to keep people employed)...employees were talking back by the drive thru and the kitchen, but no one was coming to the counter. A young lady even went right by us, but she was focused on her task of mopping the floors. No one even acknowledged that we were there waiting, totally ignored us. After a while, someone did come over to let us know that the registers were not open for business and we HAD to use the kiosk. At this point we were so annoyed we almost left, but we didn't. We received our food, in a longer time frame than you would expect from a McDonalds, but it tasted fine. My son asked for honey mustard sauce for his nuggets, but received honey...yes, I said honey. When he went to exchange for correct sauce, he then had to wait for someone to acknowledge him again. As we sat there eating our meal, we noticed several patrons having issues....mostly missing sauce or wrong sauce. I dont blame the poor service on the employees, I blame it on the lack of training and setting of expectations. I maybe even blame the company for changing so much...it is definitely not the same place...

I called the first time they said they were waiting on 4 piece chicken nuggets. But really for 20 mins??? I called again because they brought the order out and they were missing half of it. Chuck was not very nice over the phone seems very careless of the issue at hand. I drive off and come back because I had another order to get. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins while they ran around like chickens not knowing what my order was. Chuck gets the general manager Marlena who was legit another careless person she was not understanding anything of what was going on. I would suggest not ordering from this McDonald’s they legit were rude and had no sense of care for a customer. They also apparently did not know how to run a team or a store. There excuse was technical difficulties lol....

You can't get a receipt due to machine broke down and you have to check your order because thing's are missing. Example: big breakfast with hotcakes. No syrup & butter. Then when you order the breakfast burrito meal and you ask for extra sauce and only receive "1" total sauce. Hope they improve. 10/13/2024 Went to McDonald's this morning had to pull forward into a stall because food was not ready. Food came out was giving to car parked beside us. Person rummaging through bag. He called inside to McDonald's person came out and took bag and brought to us. Told runner that the person touched food inside bag, he tells us no he didn't. We were parked and watched. WRONG!! Still didn't have everything that we were supposed to have. Runner had to go back inside to get what...
