The food here is still very tasty, service is great, you’ll satisfy your hunger. That said, I used to absolutely love the shrimp fresh rolls. They were 1/2 as big as they are now and had about 3 shrimp. Now they are so big they fall apart, have no rice noodles inside like they once did, huge pieces of cucumber, and just not the same. What happened?! Did the business get sold to someone else? Why is there so little care now? Very disappointing. I would pay more for them to actually have more than 3 shrimp. It smelled and tasted like they haven't cleaned their kitchen for a long time. That musty dirty grease odor and taste. Tried to cover up the mustyness with a ton of soysauce. It was still too off-putting and had to throw all away.

It was a large serving portion. Was sad to throw away that much food and waste about 23 bucks.

Man oh man my #1 Pad Thai was so cotton pickin' good I would have come back the next day and the next but they are closed Saturday and Sunday. I want more. It's hard to get 5 stars out of me. But this food truck earned it with their hot (stove) delicious food.
