First I did drive up, asked about the Korean BBQ bowl and to begin with the girl acted like she didn't know what I was talking about then informed me those were only available if I used the ap. What??? Oh you have them but for some odd reason only ap users can get them. BS So I opted for the plain Famous bowl. I then ordered a Mikes Hot Honey chicken sandwich combo with the side being coleslaw and ordered an extra side of mac/cheese. Next I ordered a original chicken sandwich combo with the side being coleslaw. Thirty miles later I get home to find i have no extra side of mac/cheese nor did I have a side of coleslaw with one sandwich. The Mikes Hot Honey chicken sandwich was a original chicken sandwich but they threw in some butter sauce packets and regular honey. So I spent 52.19 But was missing 9.23 in extras ( 2 sides at 3..99 each and 1.25 for the Mikes Hot Hiney) Will I go back? NO!! Tried to call and the number listed wanted code to access. Read moreI have the KFC app and we had spent the whole day in the ER I were tired and exhausted and I had the app and Mom had paper coupons so I called before we got there to see which would be a better deal they said paper. It actually was more with the paper and instead of honoring the online price I was given which for four original chicken bowls was around $21.96. So, I explained the situation and wanted to know why I was told the paper would be cheaper because it was a lot more that I was quoted from the online app basically the kids that were running the show so to speak had no idea what they were doing and didn't honor the online price I had just received on the telephone. That, combined with insulation or something was off but the food was gross and I won't be going back so make sure to get it in writing before you go there because there was a significant difference; and instead of honoring it they just threw the heads up and said they didn't know how to fix it. The store appeared to have an abundance of workers. I had changed my mind about drive thru and went in to order which ended up being really good. I went at 5pm on a Saturday and there were few customers. I received my food quickly however watching the staff concerned me. Gloves weren't changed when they should have been by more than one staff and a lead. Staff leaning against food prep areas. I had a simple order and one side was taken down wrong, I pointed it out after pulling the item out of my bag to inspect. When they corrected my side they took the items that I had just touched with their gloved hands, took it back to the kitchen and prep area, put it away, then brought out the correct side. Definitely not practicing safe and proper food handling guidelines even with slow/no demand.
