Garden Valley Shopping Center — Local services in Roseburg

Stores are great, Petco, Ross Dress 4 less, Michael's Art supply, Dollar Tree, Grocery Outlet, several shops, Loans, Bank, 2 Fuel Stations; *Note: Parking lot is very busy with several entrances that cross over parking & travel areas, with a street light & busy corner- it is a very congested area, also 2 freeway on/off, 2 fuel station entrance & exits, & entrance to a government building all at one intersection. It gets very dangerous. Pedestrians crossings, and entrance to the Veterans Hospital, the shopping mall all share a half block of exits, entries & left turns into numerous locations. Seems to be a generalized location not a specific establishment. There are several stores here if which I visited Grocery Outlet, the rest are of no interest to me and I won't be going back to Grocery Outlet. The lication for the shopping center is difficult to enter and exit. Once in the "Center" the layout of the traffic lanes is suboptimal, cramped and cannot handle the load of traffic in the parking area. I will avoid it at all costs...
