🌮✨ Pacific Fitness Review & Health Tip ✨🌮 We want to take a moment to share a review for Lilly’s Mexican Cuisine in Roseburg—and also shine a light on how healthy cooking can completely change the way you feel. From the freshest and finest ingredients down to the smallest detail, Lilly is all about nutrition and integrity. She grinds her own spices, makes her own sauces, and cooks with quality oils like avocado and coconut oil—using just the tiniest amount to make flavors come alive. That’s rare these days, and it makes all the difference. We’ve now eaten at Lilly’s twice, and both times we left absolutely full—yet feeling energized instead of weighed down. At most restaurants, eating a big meal can leave you sluggish, tired, or even feeling like “garbage.” Not here. After finishing a plate at Lilly’s, we actually went straight to the gym to train—and felt fantastic! 💪 This is why we at Pacific Fitness HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lilly’s Mexican Cuisine. She truly cares, she takes pride in what she does, and you can see (and taste) the love she puts into every dish. That level of commitment deserves recognition. 🍴 Healthy food isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how it’s prepared. The right oils, fresh ingredients, and mindful cooking are game-changers for your body and energy. Lilly shows us that dining out doesn’t have to derail your health—it can fuel your goals instead. So if you haven’t tried Lilly’s yet, you’re cheating yourself. When you discover a place like this, it’s a calling to sing their praise! Thank you, Lilly, for all you do every single day. You’ve changed our opinion about eating at restaurants, and we’re so grateful. —The Pacific Fitness Team Health is our...
Read moreLilly's is walking distance from my house and the food is good! I get the Carne asada tacos and my kids like the burgers. Weirdly, we asked for a hamburger and they literally put ham on it...which was hilarious but cute. Food has a ton of potential! Now for the atmosphere....I only get takeout, since the dining space is always reeking of chemical cleaners and does not smell like food at all. It is very off offputting to eat with those smells. This is because they cook in the food truck and none of the delicious food smell goes into the restaurant, which is really important for atmosphere. The place is impeccably clean, but sterile, and weirdly they have 2 of the same paintings on the wall. They tried to make it perfect, but it is SO clean that when we tried to eat in there I could practically taste the cleaners. I suggest they make the dining room look less "convenience store with a cafeteria" and more warm and inviting. More personal decor, LESS intense and smelly cheap cleaning products. These changes don't need to be expensive...just WARM. It seems like they didn't make a call between "convenience store" look and a restaurant. If they choose to eliminate the dining area or make it an actual grocery (Mexican grocery pleaaase!), that would be awesome, even a carnaceteria, but this half way sterilized thing they have going on will probably not drive business. I think the cleaning products need to change and find a way to make the dining area a tasty, warm and inviting space. We will continue to get takeout and support this business! We are pulling for them. I will update this review if the...
Read moreLook, I am basically a burrito enthusiast, I have had a burrito from every Mexican restaurant I can find wherever I go. Here in Roseburg you can’t get a burrito that has its fillings evenly spread out, you’ll always end up having 5 bites of sour cream from the taco truck at The Lot, you’ll have to pay extra for sour cream and cheese at lots of places. The meat is inconsistent almost everywhere. Burrito vaquero is delicious but as far as the drive through it’s been disappointing the last 6 or 7 times I’ve gone. Burrito has no rice or is smushy and unpleasant, last time I went everything tasted soaked in lime. With all those things said, I was excited for this place to open. I will pay $12 ANY DAY OF THE WEEK for one of these asada burritos. You get sour cream and cheese no extra charge, you get a little bit of everything in every bite, you don’t have to worry about huge gross chewy chunks or super dry parts in the meat or the tortilla. The sauce is good! They are doing a really great job (could agree with the price being pretty high). I was absolutely skeptical of the price. I said “damn this better be good!” And it was. I was and am happy to get one of these burritos. I came on here for the phone number to get a burrito and saw some of these negative reviews, so I just wanted to put my opinion out there as well. From someone who loves burritos, these are fantastic. If it were a bit cheaper I’d be...
