I got your Mexican pizza. It was pitiful $5.50 for a Mexican pizza. It had a little smear of beans. 5 or 6 little tomatoes on it and a few shreds of cheese with a scoop of hot sauce and 2. Tortillas. and then you wanted me to add $0.50 for lettuce, 20 cents for onions. And I don't even remember for sourcream was that is ridiculous at no time should you have to add, Money for something that should have a handful of cheese plus tomatoes, which is what you already have on them. In the first place. It was pitiful and sad I will not be returning to your establishment in Roseburg, Oregon. Your burritos are small and puny with hardly anything in them. And you keep jacking your prices up and it is making people not want to go to your establishment. .. we're Del Taco fans and we'll Del Taco people for always. We've had many people complain about Taco Bell here in Roseburg. Oregon, they need to get their stuff together. They're very slow. The drive through is always got 10 or more cars Deep, parking is horrendous. You can't get help from the front counter staff. They are so busy trying to point you to the kiosk to order your food. Not everybody likes to order food from the kiosk. I quite personally think it's rude. And I want to talk to a person when I'm ordering my food. I won't ever know if this makes a difference to the manager for the Roseburg. Oregon Taco Bell because I won't be back. But they need to get their stuff together. And hire people that are friendly and quit pointing people to their stupid order kiosk and do their actual job. 415 bucks an hour you ought to be able to get food that is made properly and it shouldn't cost you extra to put a little bit of onions or lettuce on to an item. I understand the cheese in the sour cream, but come on. I wish I would have taken a picture so I could have sent. I was so irritated with the fact that there was quite literally five or six tomatoes on there and About 68 shreds of cheese on my Mexican pizza, quite ridiculous and rude on taco. Bell's part. I am eating my cold food as I write this.
First issue tonight: extremely long ticket times. I work in food, there is no reason taco bell should take more than 5 minutes, period
Second issue: They did not get my order correct. I ordered a nacho fry box and it was missing a chicken taco. I was already home when I saw it so I had to drive all the way back across town to get it fixed.
Third issue: Poor service. You think after making such a mistake, they would go above and beyond to fix it. Nope. I asked if they would remake the food, because it had gotten cold. They told me they would just make the one missing item. Once they made it, they set it on the counter by the window, and then forgot about it so they could talk to each other. I had to wait another 5 minutes before one of the clowns realized I was still waiting.
This entire experience was horrible. Never again. I'm going somewhere else for late night...
Read moreMy husband ordered a bowl of Beans and cheese and no sauce and they put sauce on it and had to have them remake it and then messed up on his crunch wrap too. But thanks to this LOVELY lady Heidi she is a AMAZING worker there that totally deserves a raise. She helped us was sooo sweet and helpful and she made sure the workers remade the items and that they were remade correctly. I was also very impressed with how she handled a employees attitude as the employee gave her attitude when she asked them to do something. And she just looked at them and told them do your job be nice and make it. And put a rush on it because this is for a baby and his father. So SHOUT out to Heidi the Beals family with kylo ren the toddler with the top gun jacket will be back all thanks to you and your kindness.
