Wasted 15 minutes of my time sitting here to order then when I finally get to the screen to order I am again still sitting there and waiting for some lady to come out and start waving her hands and have me roll down my window just to tell me that they’re out of beef and it’s gonna be 45 minutes before they can make anymore a bit ridiculous win 100% if your menu is basically using beef on top of that you’re horribly constructed drive-through I had to waste more time sitting in line after I couldn’t even get anything because I was trapped that drive-through is a safety hazard. There was no apology or compensation for wasting my time and then also leaving me trapped in your drive-through while you can gladly help the other people got what they ordered however I couldn’t even complete my order because of your miss management of resources. And then to threaten me because I want out of your drive-through when you cannot provide the services that I need I shouldn’t have to stay trapped in your drive-through horrible business practice and I will not be returning. Now I have to waste 15 minutes driving to another location maybe I can get some food at that restaurant instead. I worked all day and I have an 18-month-old in the car no one has time for these games and you would think after a pandemic these restaurants...
Read morePlaced an order in the app for a future large order for an ND-related event. Apparently they made it immediately and threw it away. I showed up at the time I ordered for. They were mad at me even though the app showed what time I was supposed to pick up. They refused to make it, replace it, replace any items that supposedly ran out, the back staff was mocking me and saying they don't want to make it (while one woman was being nice and pretending they just ran out- so why not make other things instead). They were still open and taking other orders, so not sure why they couldn't remake my order (especially since it was the "app's fault" apparently). They also would NOT refund me, and stated the manager would call me. Nope, he didn't. Got a refund via social media from corporate. The issue is clearly it was the app's fault (or theirs idk) and they were mad at me to the point that they wouldn't accept obvious solutions and were belittling. Props to the front lady who clearly was lying because she knew the ladies in the back wouldn't remake my order (or worse). And boo the manager who didn't take care of the issue over the phone the night...
Read moreI'm amazed this place stays open. Actually, I'm even more amazed the I continue to eat there periodically. In my experience Taco Bells are always low on quality and employee performance, but this one in Kirkwood seems like they must specifically seek out the worst employees they can find. The poor performance is all the more stark because of the much higher quality at the McDonalds across the street. At this Taco Bell they will usually barely listen to you or respond. We've seen them having dance parties instead of paying attention to orders. Once they even shooed us away, during lunchtime, saying that they were having an employee meeting. The food is always low quality, slopped together, and usually with at least one thing wrong. Still, it's mostly overpriced, and the menu changes far too frequently. Sometimes, for example, you buy a box deal one week, then the next you come back, and while the app says the box is still on the menu, the employee acts like she's never even heard of it before. Disappointment. Eat here if you like to feel disappointed...
