I’m sitting in my car writing this review after standing outside waiting for my order. It was placed my catfish dinner order 3/12/2021 at 6:07 pm and was told about 35 mins. I showed up shortly before and stood outside with others waiting for their order. After a few minutes I peaked my head in and asked if my dinner was ready he yelled “nothing’s ready.” Waited asked again, there were others in store and out and didn’t want to miss my order coming out. I asked again and he walked off into the back. A few minutes later several orders were brought out and I asked aloud did the guy ever answer me and they all said no. Still waiting others receiving their orders....so for the 3rd time I asked and it was apparent he ignored me. Others was stating they’re backed up, no problem, but the NERVE to ignore a patronizing customer because you’re “under the gun.” NO EXCUSE! I specifically chose to drive out here and to get tasty seafood and was unnecessarily shunned because of his mood. DISAPPOINTED...I was so ready to dig in. Hopefully it was donated to another...

We bought half dozen blue crabs this morning. And didn’t find out it’s actually 5 instead of 6 until just now. I called to see if we could simply pick up the missing one. After I explained the situation, the man said rudely “what do u want” and didn’t even try to solve the problem. I asked very politely again that may I pick up now and the man hanged up??? Excuse me?????

I know you don’t give a xxxx about such small business as your attitude shows that you don’t care about customer trust!!! So here it is. My review about true experience which happened today.

The taste of the blue crab is just ok, plus it’s 5 for 15 bucks.

I was crazing. nY style whiting sandwich and I stumbled across this place. Their fish is so fresh and clean it’s amazing. The crab cake is flavorful and delicious my husband says it tastes like his grandmothers. He whiting sand which I wish was a little crispier but it was still amazing. And the shrimp was lit overcooked. I’m not into steak cut fries so that was a bit of a bummer for be. All in all, I will definitely be coming back here. The staff is friendly and as someone who has anxiety this place didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or pressured it was 10/10 definitely recommend. Also it’s not super breaded which for...
