Pizza Napoli — Restaurant in Roselle

Honestly...delicious pizza and great customer service. They were out of most of an appetizer we ordered (which was really tasty) and called us to ask if we wanted to cancel it or get extra of another app. If we said no...they would have just taken it off our bill. So many restaurants I've ordered from are just "oh well...sorry you get half an order and we'll deal with it later".

It was hot. It was tasty. It arrived faster than they said.

New go to Pizza place.

Edit: a year or two ago my boyfriend wandered into this place on his lunch break. He would NOT. STOP. TALKING ABOUT how good it was. We ordered and I left the above review.

Since then we've ordered a lot (hopefully not that much but they've replaced all our other go-to pizza places.) Today we received an actual, factual, hand written Christmas card thanking us for being good customers. Don't get me wrong...I work in retail, a lot of times that's a gimmick. I don't think this is.

Thanks guys for giving us great food. Delivering incredibly quick (the delivery guy always has a nice thing to say. He knows us. Wild.) and for thinking to send us a card (a real one).

This is a good local place that respects it's regulars and provides stellar food.

The BEST egg plant parm sandwich I have had in A WHILE! I tried calling the restaurant back but there was no answer after several rings and I started to type my review on here.. low and behold a very gentleman CALLED ME BACK asking if I would like to place an order or needed help! I asked him to give my compliments to the chef tonight because my goodness it was DELICIOUS!

It was not soggy eggplant/overly oily, it had the perfect blend of breading/seasoning so that I could still savor the eggplant too. The sauce & cheese was not overbearing but just enough to compliment the sandwich. The bread what FRESH a little bit chewy with a nice tear and the fries we ordered were not soggy, but fluffy and lightly crispy, STILL HOT when we got them and perfectly salted.

Wow!! Old school amazing pizza comes to the burbs, our new go to pizza place. Seriously the best pizza around people and family run, they take pride in their craft. Always enough sauce and cooked to perfection and they don't skimp on ingredients. Ordered many times and always on point, once picked up pizza and perch meal for the wife and she loved it. Real Italian family cooking the right way and Damiano and his brother are the nicest people around. The kind of food I grew up with in the old neighborhood in chicago.
