Cousins Pizza Pub — Restaurant in Roselle

In the world of race cars, this place would be called a "sleeper". It really doesn't look like very much but, "What a find" !!!

My wife and I were going to visit a friend and bring a "to go" pizza home with us.

Were we surprised ???

While we were waiting for the pizza to be baked, we had a drink called "Sex on the Beach". I've become quite an expert as this is my wife's favorite drink. The bartender was so gracious in letting me show him just how to make them for us. After all, barkeeping is his profession and who am I? Just some guy that walked in off of the street.

They were so good, we ended up having two each.

We got to our friend's home with the pizza in hand only to discover the most wonderful delicious pizza I believe I've ever had in my life, and I love pizza. I went "online" to see what else I could find about this place.

The place was great, the waiter was super nice and friendly and recommended some good food that my family and me tried. There was only one issue, I was sitting next to like 7 tables combined into one long table, this family would not stop screaming it was getting so bad to the point that my father had to get up and complain they were screaming things were everywhere. One of the families kids came up to my table and started playing with our stuff and like I was pretty angry because they should really just have their kids under control. I know this may not seem like the restaurant's fault but I'm pretty sure our waiter and like the rest of the staff knew them there is nothing done about how loud they were and how they disrupted everyone's dinner. I ordered the three breaded mozzarella sticks as a meal not a appetizer it was pretty good just we did complain multiple times about how loud this family was it would have been a strong four stars but since the family and how many times we...

Came from out of state. Found Cousins by word of mouth, after being forcibly kept on interstate forever. (Traffic.) Had a large stuffed pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and Italian beef. Best pizza ever. We drove it home and put the other half in the fridge 6+ hours later. The next day, again, one piece filled each of us up. It is so filling, and delicious. What was most remarkable is that the ingredients must be fantastic, because the pizza/pie didn't have any trouble with the cheese melting in the microwave, unlike normal delivery pizza. If we are ever back in the area, we will order one, eat half, and order another large to go. That's our biggest regret, not getting another, even though we could only eat half the large! :) TG places like this still exist. Kind people, too.
