Fire Burrito — Restaurant in Roselle

I'd recommend a different kind of beans besides just pinto for variety, i.e. inside the burrito vs. the side, maybe negro, peruano, or tortuga. Also, I'm going to try to get ranchero on the rice or ask for it heavy next time, great charred flavor; plus onions & cilantro on the side would have made the bite tasty, should have remembered - I'd also suggest that sort of pickled carrot, jalapeno, radish, cauliflower, onion mix as a condiment to take it to the next level, but maybe someday. The green & red sauce bottle were on point. Maybe a metal eating spoon that is smaller or medium than the large soup spoon...but the ambience was nice & quiet, I played cure wish instrumental guitar songs & it was pleasant. Perhaps the fire can come through with that authentic regional recipe, I'd suggest this YouTube video from Adam Witt entitled "The Real Way Burritos Are Made in Mexico" to get closer to authentic & variety as they grow, the good...

My mom and I ordered from here yesterday for dinner. First we tried to deliver but they didn't have a system in place nor knew how to set up a grubhub/UberEats account. We ended up placing a pick up order and each had a beef burrito with one of each kind of tamale. We had also tried the chicken soup. Everything was extremely bland and didn't have next to any flavor. The soup was very confusing, I could physically see celery and other veggies added to give flavor but it still tasted like very watered down chicken broth with nothing else in it. Countless times, I have driven past this location and thought about stopping to grab some tacos. This past Tuesday, I finally decided to stop after class. I ordered three tacos, one asada, one al pastor, and one chorizo. The tacos were seasoned very well, and it was served piping hot. The food was simply delicious. I plan on returning in the future.

Update, I have returned and their lunch special goes until 3pm and I've gotten their chicken enchiladas in mole and another time their chili rellenos. My favorite was the chicken enchiladas in the mole but don't sleep on the chili relleno as it was also...
