Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Rosemount

I normally never have any problems with this location. I order something super simple, buttered noodles, I get spaghetti noodles instead of the typical noodles on the menu. It was either the manager or assistant manager that took and made my order. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what was going on, but she wasn’t very welcoming. After ordering my simple meal to go, she made it. It was fairly quick. I go out to the car and realize I don’t have a fork or napkins, okay no problem, I go back into the store and ask for a fork and napkins. I’m not sure if it was a new employee but they didn’t seem to quite understand at first and the initial manager I dealt with was no where in sight. I got my utensil and napkins, went back to my car to eat. When I opened my container, there was only Italian seasoning on my noodles. There was the smallest amount possible. So I went back inside, still no manager in sight, and explained I got the buttered noodles and there was no Parmesan cheese. A different employee offered me a side. Okay, perfect. I got back to my car to put the missing ingredient into my noodles and start eating. Only to realize there was absolutely no taste and my noodles are already cold. Normally when I come here there’s no problems and I love my order. But how do you manage to mess up buttered noodles as an assistant...

Apparently when they're short staffed they only accept online orders.. Weird because most places stop accepting online orders instead of only accepting online orders when they're short staffed. As a server most of my money on hand is cash from tips. I could've sat down and ordered online which would've taken more time than if they would've just let me order... Counted at least 4 employees. Went to Apple Vally N&C. Also 4 workers (I asked) had no issue making me a side Caesar salad.. The only thing I wanted. Not to mention the 4 workers I counted at this location were all standing there doing nothing. Never apologized for only taking online orders. Very bluntly and rudely said "We're only accepting online orders." As soon as I walked in. I said "Oh why?" To which I got the response of "We're short staffed" in a rude tone as if its my fault their too short staffed. Definitely driving the extra 5 miles to the one in Apple Valley and would recommend everyone do the same. Especially after reading some of the reviews this location has already received....

Yeah this location sucks like everyone else says.

Mac and cheese is supposed to have cheese on it, it barely has any...every time, and this was the last time. Even pay the extra $1.25 for extra sauce to hedge against this (which I shouldn't have to do but I already know I'm going to get screwed) and all you get is a little cup of piss trickle, its like maybe 2 TBSP - absurd that costs $1.25, you get basically nothing. Mix it all up and still all you have is sticky, pasty noodles still with way less sauce than it should have. Should be drowning in sauce when you pay for extra.

A literal $2.59 box of Kraft Deluxe from Target is 10x tastier, 10x cheesier, and 5x cheaper.
