My family and I came today for their $20 all u can eat boneless wings and fries. Ofcourse they we're busy as any deal day would be. The wait was 30mins-1hr ,that wasnt a issue we were willing to let our appetites grow bc we knew it wouldve been worth it. Now once we got seated thats when everything one by one went wrong. We were seated at one of the first tables on the floor closest to the kitchen and upon getting seated comfortably, my neice starts screaming because TWO COCKROACHES COMES OUT FROM UNDER OUR TABLE, luckily we were able to calm her down but im suprised nobody came to see what was wrong. 5 minutes go by and finally our server comes to greet my family and she looks like she doesnt even want to be here serving us and has this mean demeanor but we brush it off. she gets us started with 2 appetizers and drinks, once she put the order for the appetizers she didnt come check up on us at all a until the appetizers were done, it was okay i guess. She asks us to take our order and we get 5 orders of the boneless wings and fries, she gets it in, again doesnt check up on us at all only until the food was done. Once we got our food everything seemed okay, everyone collectively was watching the basketball game and commenting and simply enjoying it. The food was okay , not to sure if it was just my family but the food did make us a little sick like we started feeling nauseous in the middle of our meal and couldnt shake it. By this time its been 45-50 minutes and I was seeing our server walk around serving other tables (with only males though) with out any problems (smiles and checking up on them and bring drinks). Once it came down to my family needing refills she was no wheres to be seen or she wouldnt hear us as she would walk by, we had to get another server to refill our drinks. Funnily enough 5 minutes after our drinks our refills she walks by again and I call her so we can put other order of wings in. she takes our order and tells us we can only order 6 boneless wings after the initial 10 so we do 3 orders. We ended up never getting our 18 wings and fries after an hour. I dont think 18 boneless wings take that long to cook and if they do I dont think I wouldve been feeling nauseous from them being cooked all the way. Sad to say we had to ask for a manager twice from 2 different people because the first one didnt even call the manager and he was just chilling back against the wall just watching the game. The manager finally came and he took care of 2 meals and apologized on behalf of our server and himself but he shouldnt be taking the blame for someone not wanting to do their job. Read morei’m a regional director of operations here in Houston and I oversee 355 locations so I know how hectic things can get but this last visit on 3/5 was absolutely the last straw for me. The back story is my 12 year old son and I have been visiting this Rosenberg location for 5 years now at minimum once per week and the service has never been what I would call good but we continued to come back because it’s the closest wing spot for us. The food is really hit or miss you can go in one day and the wings are fantastic go another day not so much. On 3/5 my son and I went in around 730 maybe 10 tables i. the entire restaurant. We were seated by a young lady who seemed to be bothered that she had to put her phone down and seat us but neither here nor there. We sat there for 15 minutes no one ever spoke to us wait staff walking all over the place not one made eye contact with us or asked if they could help us. Finally the girl who we had watch walk by us no kidding 10 times and fill the ice machines walks up and says what do you want to drink at which time I simply smiled at her and said you know what we don’t want anything to drink we’re just going to leave at which time she got a really bad attitude and stomped off to the hostess and was talking to her about us as we were leaving. I don’t want free food free drinks free anything I just want to be able to eat and spend my money somewhere that acts as if they want it. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to continue for as long as it has. Service and attitude reflects leadership and these poor people have none. Read moreWell to start off I rarely go out and get free food on Veterans Day. I usually go to dennys in the morning and call it a day. Today I decided to hit up one of my favorite wings places. Before I showed up I called and verified they were doing veteran meals and they said yes. I show up get seated and order my food but the whole time I feel as if my server is looking at me funny. I get my food I ordered a app which I was I knew I would pay for it and then got my 10 boneless combo. I ate my food which I give it to Buffalo Wild Wings I love their food always good. But when I go ask for the check and a box it isn’t until after I get my check where my server makes a comment of “are you a real vet or you just wearing the hat?” Which at that point I’m kinda thrown off by the remark and I show her my id and she proceeds to go back and get a new check with the wing combo taken off. I’m not upset about her verifying I’m upset on how she went about it and the comment she said like I felt a little embarrassed. I felt like this could’ve been avoided by asking for my id before I ordered if you had some sort of suspicion and hey I get it some people wear a hat to get free food and what not cause they think it’s cool but I felt this could’ve been avoided by just asking me for my id like I have no shame in showing you it. I felt shame when you made that comment but all in all the food was great I got it in a timely manner and my server made sure I had everything I needed.
