Great store! Looks wonderful, and the staff is pretty great. The store should definitely be higher rated, but unfortunately most of the reviews on here are either old/outdated, about something petty (ie. not knowing where something is after the renovation), or docking points for something that is out of the store's control.
Several of these reviews complain about the customer service in the print & copy center, which I know for a fact has been and is being re-staffed, which makes most of these complaints outdated. And the first review you see, left by Mr. Nathan Rowland, is a very unfortunate experience but none of it is the store's fault. If you buy something online instead of speaking to a person and seeing what you're buying first, you run the risk of not getting what you wanted. And then it took an incredibly long time for him to get his refund processed, which again is not the fault of anyone in the store. A very unfair review to leave on a page for one specific location. Placing an online purchase means you forfeit the right to hold the store accountable if there are issues with the order. It would be like me going into an ebay or amazon store, having a bad experience with a worker there, and then leaving a review saying the entire company is awful and mismanaged. Read moreI went into this location on Thursday and the employee (he could of been the manager) working in the printing department was absolutely unprofessional. I can not begin to tell you how rude he was. It was my grandma's funeral and I needed some Remembrance Cards laminated. He acted like it was too much work. He was complaining about being the only one working in that department and made the comment ... did I not hear the phone ringing, he was busy! I asked him OK how many can you laminate? I need something to pass out tonight. He made a face and started helping the next customer. I have a business and do all my printing at the Office Depot in Pearland and Missouri City locations. I have never been treated so poorly. I stood there like a dummy waiting for him to respond or answer me, which he never did. I ended up googling printing companies and went across the street to Postal Plus. They were professional and helped me with no problems. Read moreThis place is a bunch of thieves. I bought a computer online and received an email saying to come pick it up. When I got to the store, the computer was not new like I ordered, I was a floor model that had severe signs of use and was no longer under warranty. I refused to accept the computer for obvious reasons. I was told that my credit card would not be charged and the pending charge would be released from my credit card. I waited a couple days and found out the charge was authorized for the full charge. I have been calling the corporate office for a week now and have been given the run around while being told my refund will take 7-10 days. It has now been 11 days and once again I have been told they are processing the refund and it will take 5-7 more business days. The customer service is horrible; I have been constantly told I would receive call backs which I still have not received and I've repeatedly been denied the ability to speak with a supervisor. My company will never do business here again and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and Attorney...
