Smoothie King — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I really like Smoothie King . I have a digestive disorder, and that makes it hard for me to digest foods quickly . So I really rely on places like Smoothie King to make something light, low on sugar, and easy on my gastric system. Their Smoothies are very tasty, and now I have joined their program and use their gift card system, so I don't put my bank cards at risk. I'm a bit paranoid like that . I can earn points i can redeem for a Smoothie or other items and a free upsize on Fridays . So , I can totally use their programs to my advantage while I am on this mostly blended diet with a small meal of protein. It has really been a couple of weeks (21 days) I stopped the fast food 2x a day and switched to this diet . Yes , small changes have lead me to 10+ lbs drop in this time period , 34 lbs into taking lost in 6months. It shocked me as well . That fast food I was consuming had my Blood pressure/blood sugar way too high . Mild exercise and small food choices will lead to visible changes . Today, June 21, is the official date I will stop coming to this location. At about 4:40pm, I decided to go by this location to grab my regular smoothie, and this location is just few minutes away from my house. I am writing this because this is the second time I encountered the drive thru lady. First time, she was rude while I asked her to give me few seconds to look at the menu, which she did, but came back with an attitude, I drove off without any further conversation(I didn't get my smoothie). Months apart, I encountered her again using the drive thru service. This time she was making me repeat my orders because she either wasn't hearing me or she wasn't understanding my accent. I wouldn't have problems if that was just it, but she kept pausing between me repeating my orders, and there was a group laugh over the intercom, after I repeated my order! So, they were probably making fun of me. I knew I had a choice to get my smoothie from another location, so , I drove off again without further conversation. Won't be returning! I come to this place about 5 days out the week I spend well over $250+ tips a month within the last year so I consider myself a loyal customer. For the most part, my smoothies are good or there just ok. I’ve maybe gotten a few smoothies that were not good at all that I’ve taken back for remakes because it tastes like ice with no flavor even with the additional add-ons. Today I was told by an employee THE MANAGER SAID I’m no longer allowed to have remakes on smoothies or to buy a different smoothie & for me to go to another location if I wasn’t happy with the previous options.
