1st of all I'll start with this location has a mechanic, but not on Mondays which was my 1st attempt. 2nd day I went by to see if I can get a quote to see how much cv axle and a hub bearing would cost, unfortunately the mechanic was out for a part pick-up. Upon his return, my car still didn't get looked at because he continued to work on a car he went out for part on. However the manager Xavier lead me to believe once the mechanic returned my car would be looked at. 1hr and 30 minutes later I speak with Xavier who insist that Jiffy Lube is a 1st come 1st serve establishment. That would have been ok to know that my vehicle wasn't going to be checked on upon the mechanics return if Xavier had explained that up front on Tuesday. I asked for an estimated time for mechanic to be completed on his initial task, since my time and day had been exhausted at this point, time I can NEVER get back. 10 mins Xavier informed me. so I waited and in the meantime we worked on approximate prices for the service I needed. it took the mechanic all of 11 mins to confirm what I already knew, which I feel could have been done upon his arrival since I wasn't actually getting any work that day. Time management could have been placed in this situation for a better customer experience. Prioritize. after looking at price for parts I opted to purchase them myself and bring them to Jiffy Lube for which Xavier informed me I wouldn't have a warranty (12000miles/12months). But unless Xavier was referring to a service warranty his statement was incorrect. Because the parts I purchased came with a 1yr warranty on them.
3rd day I arrived before 8am to find out mechanic doesn't arrive to 9am. My car was finally in the bay by 930am. I leave walking but not before I gave Xavier my phone number to call me when my car is ready or if something was needed or happened to keep me in the know for which he emphatically replied "I will call you as soon as your car is finished ". We'll 11:30am I return to see my car parked and I never received a call and Xavier says, "I was going to call you after this car was finished ", a car that had gotten either an oil change or inspection who knows. I wondered why Xavier didn't keep his word and call me immediately, hadn't I spent enough wasted time there?
To bring my review score up, this Jiffy Lube's manager may need to be retrained with Process Improvements to better his skills with Time management, Communication, Customer service and support to make patrons feel valued. In the future, Just be honest and forthcoming with customers to avoid frustration and misinformation that I experienced.

Read moreI went in to get my oil topped off explaining to the young man there that my oil light was flashing on and off (remind you that it’s not even time for my next oil change yet) but I felt comfortable to come here because I’ve never had issues here before and they always assist me with no problems, the shortest young man there approached me rudely out of nowhere not even a hello saying we told you already to not come back up here you need a oil change etc etc so I say sir you must have me mistaken for someone else, I said sir I’m not even due for an oil change so no one has told me nothing, he walks away and goes to the computer, all of a sudden a tall White guy comes with oil to top me off handing me a sticky note with his number on it calling himself Byrd “Bird” side hustling me while at work asking me to come to him to fix a leak he thinks I’m having… very unprofessional because the guy didn’t know who I was to even boldly approach me comfortably like he did. A couple days later I returned to the location requesting another top off, this time I was approached by a Hispanic guy who stutters which now he approaches me explaining policy about the top off, so I ask to speak with Byrd “Bird” he comes over and now he’s rude about helping with the top off but just a couple days ago you wanted me to bring my car so you can work on it on the side lol I politely drove away not getting any help from this location I am very disappointed at the actions took in this situation and they could have just helped me I was alone, I’m not a mechanic so I came for help. What was wrong in helping me regardless of the amount of top off I was a regular consistent customer looking for help.
I would not have wrote a review if the Sugarland location manager Johnathan would have had someone from regional or district call me back like I was told, up until today no one has called me back. At this point I don’t care for a phone call back I just want you guys to know what happened and why your old regular consistent customer will not be returning back to Jiffy Lube locations.

The gentleman who greeted me was super nice and professional upon the initial meeting until I realized he added $9.99 to my total that was already included in the price. Not to mention he said my fluids were check but my windshield wiper fluid was still empty. This lead me to believe nothing was checked. I had to go back and Dwayne filled up my windshield wiper fluid, only to get back home and notice it was only coming out of one side. Dwayne also attempted to explain the invoice but contradicted himself as he said the $9.99 for shop supplies was already included in the price but then said I was charged $9.99 in shop supplies. I'm confused. It was $109 and I had a $26 coupon. Its like, why have the coupon and then be underhanded by adding the fee back that's already included in the initial price. I came here because the dealership I normally go to has been sub-par. Hell, at least they were cheaper. $98 is ridiculous for them to not perform the services I requested and then slide in a fee already included in the price.
