Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I usually have a great experience & i love dutch bros. But this past Sunday I came to order 2 coffees. It was around 2:30. I thought going to the window may be quicker. Boy was I wrong the staff this day had no urgency and there was barely any customer service. I waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. The girl handling the orders took your order and didn’t come back till someome walked up. I was first given half my order and stood around while they were giving others who came after me their full and complete order. At this point I am frustrated. I asked the next girl that came to the window where the rest of my order was and she stated she did not know, the original girl taking the order did not come back to the window after that. They were more interested in having their own conversation rather than helping the people that were waiting 20 plus minutes for 2 coffees. Drinks are always so delicious. I will always get the golden eagle freeze, even if it's 30 degrees outside. The staff is so nice and friendly. Kudos to the guy outside taking drink orders by himself. Get him some hand warmers cuz even I can't handle being outside all morning running back and forth between both lanes taking drink orders. A young lady she was at the window giving ppl their drinks. She was so sweet and bubbly. She asked if I was a fruit what would I be. I said dragonfruit. Her surprised expression to my explanation why i chose that fruit definitely brought a smile. She said she is gonna use that for her senior year quote. I said go for it. She also said to keep spreading my wisdom. That really made my day. Amazing team you have there. Keep up...

A worker named Hailey has the nastiest attitude. Come there all the time and never have experienced someone with such a rude disrespectful mouth! She was putting the ice in the cup with her bare hands after wiping the counter with used wet towel! I simply asked her that she doesn’t really have to touch the ice everytime she puts it in the cup, just use the ice scooper. She got mad and was so rude! I told her to not be so disrespectful and she became even more rude!! Another employee named Camille, who was originally nice, came out yelling in defense of Hailey.. which was so unnecessary.
