KFC — Restaurant in Rosenberg

Horrible experience when visited on 10-21-21 at approx. 5:15 p.m. Very few cars in line made me think I would proceed "fast" and in no time....WRONG ANSWER!!! Waited in line for about 20 minutes, received order, checked order after driving through because I did not want to delay other customers in line behind me. Realized, order was incorrect, went inside restaurant thinking service would be quicker......WRONG ANSWER!!! 1st of all....ignored like no one saw me at counter, nice young lady on her way out assisted me in order to correct my order.....waited...waited....waited.... until I had to "flag" one of the workers down because they were so "busy" confusing each other until I guess they did not realize, I was at counter. Informed CSR again that order was incorrect, he said they were working, informed me it would be a price difference, I informed him money was not an issue but the young lady that helped me prior to him did not mention a $ difference," Really Dude, the workers got my order wrong, not me". He stated with an attitude to never mind and they were working on it......TIME NOW: 5:45 p.m.....still waiting...…..waiting...….waiting..... until I asked for a refund and he proceeded with no hesitation to refund me my money, in the meantime, another young lady brought my order and I exited the restaurant. I can't believe, I spent approx. 1 hour in a "fast" food restaurant, spending less than $20, received poor, poor, service. Really if the workers did not feel lie going to work on yesterday, they should have called in sick. Their service extended to me as a customer and making sure I was a satisfied customer was horrible. No apology, didn't offer a courtesy drink or anything, it was more like I was getting on their nerves because my order was wrong. I love KFC/Taco Bell but I will calm my nerves and not spend any $ there at the present time. I know one customer probably doesn't make a difference but, I wasn't just a customer, a was a "loyal customer". I will go back but not...

Okay, so I haven't been to this KFC or any KFC in forever. Last time I went to one, a dinner came with two sides, so I ordered three tenders, coleslaw, and corn. The person who took my order made no mention of the fact that the second side would cost extra.

When I got to the window and they told me $11 and change, I said wait a minute I thought the three tenders meal was $6 and change. He said it came with only one side. I said well then I want the coleslaw but not the corn.

After I got home and counted my change, I realized that he had not taken off the corn and had given me what I originally ordered at the price that was originally quoted. I think the difference between $6 and change and $11 and change for one little cup of corn is pretty outrageous.

I wanted to see just how much that extra side cost me, but guess what there was no receipt in the bag. Nor did they offer me any sauce. And they do still give sauce; I looked online to check that out.

I will not be eating here again and I would not recommend it to anybody else. That's what I get for acting on a whim.

Edited to add that I just ate their so-called biscuit for dessert. I deeply regret the Kerrygold and Bonne Maman that I wasted on it. Not to mention the calories I could have spent on...

I ordered a 8 piece crispy family meal tonight & asked for mostly legs & thighs. It was dinner time at about 6:30 pm. I was willing to pay extra for this request. I was immediately met with “let me see if we have any crispy chicken because we just made a batch of original” I said I was willing to wait. I was then told oh it’ll take like a hour. I’m not sure how it’d take a hour to fry some chicken I could fry 3 batches of chicken in that time at home but he let me know they had enough crispy for my order. I asked 2-3 more times to please be sure there’s more legs & thighs & I could tell the guy at the window was just blowing smoke up my a** saying he told them. When I called him out on it he replied “yeah a lot of people ordering chicken” Well I’d assume so since you’re a chicken restaurant & it’s dinner time! Naturally I got home & there’s no more legs & thighs as requested but even the leg & thigh I did get were almost burnt.
