Although I was not going to take the time to write this review rather I was just going to stop going to Sonic... I decided to let people know because I would want somebody to tell me. I believe that it was Monday of this week possibly Tuesday (Aug 3rd or 4th ) around 12:30 pm I went to Sonic just for a cup of ice because to be honest I have stopped eating there months ago due to the store being so dirty when I go in there. While I stood at the front counter waiting for the girl to make the cup of ice I observed a lady taking cooked hot dogs of the hot dog roller with her bare hands and throw them into a pan kept lower down. She then picked up raw hot dogs again with her bare hands and put them on the roller to be cooked. I do not know if this is normal to some but I for one do not want anyone touching my food with their bare hands. It was disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl at the counter stated that the guy that was there was training for another store but he was the manager at that time. When she pointed in his direction she pointed to the same man who just minutes before had been talking to her very loudly saying "Ya because that's what white boys would say!" and He repeated this "white boy" statement 3 times very loudly in conversation with the girl at the front counter. I decided not to continue to wait for him but the girl said she would tell him about the incident. I have no idea if that happened and even if it did I find it hard to believe this man would have done anything about it. He did not appear to be very professional at all. With this all said, I do want to tell you that the drive thru has been 100 % better in the last month or so.. friendly people on the speaker and the window...employees running small drink orders out to the cars rather than making them wait in line behind food orders. This is a great improvement to the long waits and rude attitudes that were handling drive...
Read moreUpdate 8/24/2025: bought two drinks, one of them being a red bull in the can, and they gave me a room temperature drink. Had not come out of a fridge, or if it did it's been out for a few hours. How can you, a drink specialty vendor, serve a warm canned drink you don't even have to make. Red Bull needs to pull whatever contract they have with you cause you're making their drink a bad experience.

Original Review: Didn't receive all the sauces I'd ordered through the Sonic App, and when I told the employee they said they can't give them away anymore. It's not my fault if the sauces I'm adding to my order don't get charged through the app. From the app they can be added with the meal I'm ordering, not sure why the employee is dictating what I can order...
Read moreVery poor customer service. We ordered a milk shake and a slush. We noticed they were busy, but did not think much of it since Sonic tends to provide quick service.
We waited for 30+ minutes. No one warned us about the long wait. No employees came by to apologize. Nothing. The cars around us did not receive their orders either. We decided the $4 order wasn't worth waiting any longer for and decided to leave.
I filed a complaint through Sonic's website and they forwarded my complaint to management. It's been more than 48 hours, and I still have not heard anything from management.
So I am going to let my frustration concerning an absurd wait for a $4 order go by writing this poor review for this location. Never again will I...
