Update 5/13/2025: strawberry biscuits are discontinued? If only you had signage that could be updated immediately, maybe something like a digital screen that your using in your drive thru
Update 12/5/2024: Used their app and received my food fairly quickly. I appreciate whoever was working the night shift in the lobby asking asking every customer who walked in what order they had. Heard one customer complaining that he'd been waiting an hour which is unfortunate, but something I can't verify. I just know the drive through always takes a long time compared to other fast food restaurant.
Update 10/6/2024: Their online customer service created a ticket and will replace my order. Thank you for making it right.

Ordered a 1/4 lb of shrimp, but what I got did not look like a 1/4 lb of shrimp. Went into the restaurant and showed the cashier, and he said that looked correct, and that upper management has been complaining they were putting too much shrimp. I went home and measured, and had almost half of what I was supposed to.
Called the store and spoke with Davis who says they can't remedy the incorrect order because all they do is open a pre-portioned bag, and he would get in trouble. So either they can put any amount like I was originally told, or they got pre-portioned amounts that were incorrect.
I paid for an advertised amount of shrimp, and did not get what I was told I would get. So I'm being scammed if they can't fix what was wrong.

Read moreI ordered my food at 628pm via the mobile app. I then made it to the restaurant at 7p a to evening traffic but I thought would be okay due to the restaurant being busy normally and long waits in the drive-through. I selected pick up now and in restaurant thinking I gamed the system and wait time. Assuming my would be in the pick up area. I was wrong after ten minutes of waiting after notifying the cashier of my online order an another employee inquired my order number. Then proceeded to inform me that they were out of the chicken I’d ordered almost 45 minutes prior. Then when asked for a refund no problem I was told they have no money and I’d have to go through the app as that was how I ordered. So via the chat bot in the app I was told I was escalated to customer service and would be contacted in 24 -48 hours. The employee was like yep. I then inquired how long would it be to make more chicken and was told 15 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes I received my food with items still missing, but was given an apology and additional side. After the hour and 15. Minutes wait total from time of order. Read moreLook i’m all for fast food especially popeyes but this location is ridiculous. This is the closest popeyes to my house, but I have only been here a handful of times. There is a reason for that. Wether it be through doordash, in store, or drive thru, the wait time is ridiculous long. Like you will easily be sitting there for AT LEAST 30 mins before you will get your food. I know in most cases at other fast food store it’s cause it’s busy. It’s not busy every time I’m there. There may be 3 or 4 people in the drive thru line and a couple people inside. It is literally EVERY SINGLE TIME that I get food from this location that I’m waiting for long periods of time. If I order through doordash, the order takes almost an hour to get to my house. I don’t live that far from this location at all and I’m always ordering just for me there shouldn’t be a reason why it take 30 minutes to an hour for food that’s gonna be eaten in 20 minutes to take that long.
