Pollos Asados El Regio #13 — Restaurant in Rosenberg

As we waited for our food it started to smell like sewer the smell was very strong that even our 4 yr old said “ew what is that smell mom?!” got our food and my burgers meat had a smell to it and the meat was hard and dry. Asked if the meat was fresh and made at the moment and of course they said yes, but we as woman know when something isn’t fresh. A gentleman took my plate back and a lady came out asking in a rude manner what I wanted to do in regards of the burger. I asked if I could have a half chicken instead? As I am still speaking she walks away saying “well let me check since you already ate half the burger” and leaves me speaking to myself and which I only ate half of half the burger. Needless to say to say we will NEVER be going back and you really should work on getting someone who knows how to be polite with costumers. I wasn’t getting anything for free we paid...

Horrible customer care for special needs!! I have a special needs son with ASD, with a simple menu list of foods with one being a cheese quesadilla. Simple enough right? Wrong, we to a “Mexican Restaurant” El Regio and requested a cheese quesadilla and the cashier said that she would have to charge me for the meat! She was going to charge full price for a quesadilla that had no sides or meats. It’s sad when people don’t care about families with special needs children like ours. So disappointed! I have been going there for years, until today. I wasn’t asking for them to whip up something that they didn’t have the ingredients for. If I could give this place less than one star I would. I placed an order at this establishment waited 20 minutes like the person on the phone told me to wait I get there maybe 22 minutes later and I tell the girl I have a order I placed over the phone and come to find out she said she gave it to another person because I took too long I’m sorry what kind of establishment is that? And let it be known I had to wait 12 mins for someone to even help me. Why would I order food ahead of time if you’re just going to give it away even when I take the right amount of time you told me too.
