La Ideal Bakery — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I should have done this months ago. But today was the straw that broke the camels back! I actually think that the food is good but the service is TERRIBLE!!!! The lady that works the food line that has dark hair and about 5’7 kind of medium build and kind of heavy set is rude! Every time I come in there she waits until it is my turn to order my food then she walks off and let’s someone else take my order as if there is a problem. The short hispanic guy that works there with the hat stares at me very weirdly every time I go as well and just stares at me. I am 6’6 I am taller than most and I am use to looks but he is weird and does not speak. Back to the rude lady on food line should be fired immediately. I believe alot more people have issues with her. Her customer service is terrible and I won’t be back. The weird guy in the back is rude also and creepy acting. The lady with the glasses that made my food was amazing. Maybe they should have name tags so that they can be addressed by name. I am not making this up and I am a real person that demands the respect I should get. I hope the business owners makes changes before their business closes. This is not the only taco restaurant in Rosenberg and definitely not the best customer service. I won’t tolerate...

Over the years this place has went downhill! From the taste of the food to the customer service. I’ve held back from leaving this review for months now but not anymore! I called today and the lady (usually cashier) that answers the phone would just pick up and hang up. This happened three time before she actually accepted my call. When I asked why the Uber service wasn’t working she said the manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know what was wrong with the iPad ?? lol. Every time I actually go to the bakery in person they always look mad and rush to take your order. The food doesn’t take the same anymore it’s like it’s cooked in a hurry too. Rice has no flavor at all. Just very sad because this place use to be the best place to get tacos and good service. Food is usually on point. However, there's this very rude female worker that wears glasses and works on the food line and register. I am not fluent in Spanish but know enough to order food, but since she was impatient, even though I was the only in the restaurant, she was not having it and started throwing a fit. She calls the help in the back to translate, while making an ugly face. I told him I tried but she wasn't trying to listen. On top of that, I had ordered a large soup and 5 tacos, so I asked for 3 hot sauce. The rule for them is 2 tacos get 1 hot sauce. She picks up multiple hot sauce to see which ones had the least amount. Might have to stop going here until they get rid of her. Hopefully she doesn't have any affliation with the owner or else I won't ever be...
