Review the reviews I can tell it’s the mexicans they don’t like.. DO NOT SHOP OR SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PLEASE Tony Lama boots had a defect.. called the store and went to the store and not the owner but a worker said what is she suppose to do with them “ eat them?” THE BOOTS SHE IS REFERRING TO And im like whoa but what am I suppose to do with the them? I asked can u give me another pair she said no we can stretch them I said the right one is fine it’s the left it hurts so much you can’t wear it for not even 5 mins. She said well I don’t know what to tell you accept to stretch the hell out of them. She said they had been worn I said well how was he suppose to know it was defective obviously if he didn’t wear them. Owner said this is a mom and pop store and not a chain, but they should have some sort of back up with Tony Lama or the stuff they carry to help the customer who just spent $165. And something cents on a pair of boots. But saying what is she suppose to do with them like “ eat em” well I don’t know why she said such an idiot thing like that. I’m trying to solve a $165 dollar problem which they don’t care about she is speaking for the owner or is related to her because her and the owner both said maybe my husband’s left was maybe bigger than the right like hers and the one that told me what was she suppose to do “ eat em?” So don’t shop here this is not called for it’s not rocket science if you can’t give me my money back or exchange for another pair. Why is this so called mom and pop or so called business acting like $165 is going to break the bank so please future shoppers DO NOT SHOP HERE go to a chain like the owner of this store suggested where they can help you more or trade them back to the company on something that is...
Read moreVery disappointing. I purchased 2 items and asked if I could return it if it didn't work. The answer was "yes". I returned one today. At that time, I was told that their policy was "exchange only". The clerk did not say that when I purchased it. I said that and the clerk pointed to the receipt, "It is on the receipt." She pointed to a sign on the counter that said "exchange only". During the purchase, the two items were on the counter covering the sign. Who looks at that part of a receipt AFTER purchasing the item? At the time I asked about returning it the clerk should have explained the return policy or at least uncovered the sign taped on the counter. Full disclosure would be nice. I try to buy local but will not buy from Corral Western Wear again. I suggest you purchase at a store that is "up front"...
Read moreAfter explaining that I was robbed the day before and a local volunteer fire fighter this place wpuld not accept a check from me even though they accept checks. The reason givin is because the paper ID card I received earlier in the day from the DMV "was obviously fake" lol. Well no it is not. As a retired 38 year old I assure you my check and identification are the last ones you would ever have to worry about. This place is a joke. Do y'all really have that many people coming in there to buy a hat and t-shirt pass bad checks with fake ID's. I mean come on now. Y'all really wouldn't take a 60 dollar check from a clean cut white boy in a brand new truck....
