Been going here for my repairs for over 12 years at least. Very courteous and dependable with no bull. Everything has always checked out with them when I've taken my vehicle elsewhere for a second/third opinion. Richard is not a friendly person. I asked him for an inspection and just stared at me like I was stupid. When he walked to my car, I unlocked it for him and he just turned around and gave me the meanest look like I insulted his wife or something.

He may just be "old man mean" but I guess he is just annoyed by having people paying him to work on their car... He gets 2 stars only because he has a nice Snap...

After time and time again of my Jeep being in the shop and no one could figure out the issue, this place figured it out in a day at that!
