The staff were nice. The service here outstripped Wendy's by a mile. That said, it seems like the chain's food has gone down in quality again. More bun than meat on the sandwiches. They aren't filling anymore and the flavor balance is off.
My friend didn't feel great after eating there and I had to wonder if the meat had carrageenan in it. The slippery mouth-feel it creates doesn't translate to being gentle on the digestive track. It also winds up adding carbs to what would be a carb-free food normally. This has been going on in the supermarket meats, so I would not be surprised if Arby's has adopted the stuff, too.
That is a chain-wide issue. The staff were great. They are following the guidelines handed down from corporate, but the food just isn't good enough for the price. It's better than KFC, and at least they can get your order right and not take 30-45 minutes to do it like the Wendy's across the street, but if it upsets people's stomachs, they aren't going to want to come back.
Definitely a case of Your Mileage May Vary, i.e. you may have a different experience. Even so, in this corridor, it is probably the top spot...
Read moreI did an online order on 4/17/25. I went inside to pick up my order and I also wanted to purchase more food. I patiently waited at the counter. It seem as if there was limited staff. The associate at the register was not polite at all. It was to the point that I asked him, is there a problem because he was not friendly and sounded very agitated like I was bothering him, because I was in line ordering. I also let him know that I thought I clicked the wrong flavor shake, he was rude about that as well and kept pushing the shake towards me, as if he was ignoring me and brushing me off. Even the lady waiting on her food mentioned how rude and unfriendly the associate was. I always order from this Arby's on my lunch break and I don't think I will come back. I do not appreciate how I was treated by the associate working that day. Its so sad that there is really no good customer service nowadays. Read moreI went to this Arby’s after work and boy was I deeply disappointed! I ordered a creamy Mediterranean wrap and it was wrapped the short way. All of the wrap was folded under, which means the amount of ingredients was very scant. I tried to rewrap it and add lunch meat but it didn’t work because they cut it the short way which made a hole in the center. Needless to say it was DRY because so much of the wrap was tucked and with out ingredients. It was probably 3 pieces of meat in the entire wrap and it tasted old. I tried to call the store several times just to give the manager the heads up because maybe it was prepared by a new employee. No one ever answered! I felt compelled to make a review since I had no one be accountable for this mess.I didn’t even want to put 1 star but in order to write a review I had too!
