What a bonkers experience.
I go to Arbys, it’s 6:50pm on a Thursday. There is absolutely no one waiting in line to get their order taken, and I promptly get my order taken. I order a classic roast beef sandwich meal, with a Barq’s root beer and curly fries (was specifically asked what kind of fries), and a 4 piece mozzarella stick.I forgot to mention I wanted some arby’s sauce when I had my order taken at the speaker.
I turn the corner and come to find that there are indeed two cars waiting for their meals. After about 6 minutes, I move forward. I am given my Barq’s root beer. I told the handsome young man who took my order that I wanted some arbys sauce. He asked how many I wanted, and I said 4. (Man who took my order was very handsome, and very polite) he then asks me to pull forward to wait for my food.
I wait about 3 minutes at the next window. I am given my food, and I drive home.
I open my bag to find my sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and some marinara sauce. I also find an incredibly severe lack of fries or arbys sauce of any sorts.
As you’d imagine, I’m pretty emotional at this point, my mouth is dryer than a dehydrated corn tortilla, and my taste buds and stomach are screaming for the sweet sensation of some potato-based sides.
There is absolutely no chance I am driving back to this Arby’s to request my fries and Arby’s sauce, as I don’t have enough PTO to wait around for them.
If you want to be charmed by a man taking your order, only to be absolutely physically and emotionally tortured and brutalized in your own home, I’d highly recommend...
Read moreTried the jalapeño pepper slider. It was pretty great. Roast beef was fresh and juicy. The chicken tenders had the PERFECT crunch. I had the pleasure of being served by Zykel. He was fast, professional and did a great job. I can’t remember the lady’s name was who also served me today, but she was great, too. She got my order down, made sure she had it correct and gave me the shake I ordered. I know it just seems like an every day experience on the job, but you both were great. I’m a nurse and love to treat myself once in awhile to Arby’s. Every time I go there, I am treated well, get my food sooner than I thought, and keep the place clean. Its easy to forget the people who help us, but I’m glad we have you. Don’t under estimate your worth. This is only one step in your journey of life. I started out as a cashier as well. Arby’s, if you’re reading this, give these great people a raise. They are hard working people that many take for granted. To put it simply, thank you for the fresh food and...
Read moreArby's is, more or less Arby's, but this place sets itself apart. This location is easily one of the best FF places in the Twin Cities. The staff is always so friendly, and the place is spotless. The decor and vibe is like going back in time to the late 90's, early 2000's, but that's what makes it so fun (please don't change this). More recently, my cashier was Lesli, and she was very helpful on deciding what to eat, and the shift manager, I think his name was Justin, was great at making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal (often times if you go later in the night the sauce dispensers are out) As long as things don't change, I will be continuing to come to this Arby's, especially when I feel like I...
