OMG, where do I begin?
OK, My family went here for a quick lunch. It was 1:30 p.m. so we were just gonna grab some meals. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had a buffet at a reasonable price, 22.50 for 2 adults and 1 child after tax. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that the "reasonable" price was likely due to low standard of food, and poor customer service. The popcorn chicken that I got for my 3 year old son to eat, I wouldn't feed to a stray dog, much less my boy. Dark meat doesn't describe that chicken, it was black and hard to the core. The peaches that I was also going to give my son were pale and did tiny. Oddest looking peaches I've ever seen. They looked like they've been in that can for years. I did let my boy eat them, but I felt very uneasy about it. The mac and cheese was completely watered down, and nothing like what you would expect to get if you ordered it as a side with a meal. The extra crispy chicken was hard as a rock, both the skin and the chicken underneath. It was moist once you crack through the thick rock-like shell.
The other thing that really turned us off to this establishment was when I went to get some BBQ and honey from the employees at the counter because there were no condiments available on the buffet or anywhere near it, they told me that is was a .27 cent charge per item. At this point I was pretty irritated and we decided it was not worth it. I personally don't carry cash on me often, and I was not about to stand in the 10 minute line for a few condiments and another charge to my bank card. They really should let you know or have some sort of sign telling you this when you order the food so you know what to expect. These are items that they tend to give out freely at the drive-through at no charge, and if you ask for them, I'm accustomed to being given so much that I am stocked for years to come.
One thing I did find somewhat humorous was that there were actually signs posted at 2 places along the buffet line apologizing for the recent price increase due to patrons stuffing their pockets and purses with food items from the buffet because there may have been a "misunderstanding" in the agreement that it was an "all you can eat HERE buffet." Right, I'm sure that's why people were lining their pockets with fried chicken, because of some "misunderstanding." Just shows who the typical patron is in this establishment.
Overall I was quite turned off to this KFC, and KFC in general for a long time, and I really love KFC. It will be a long time, if ever, before I feel like I can go to another KFC.

Read moreWent through the drive through and was told to go ahead with our order only to be cut off in the middle of ordering to be told to wait. When we did place our order we asked if they had potato wedges we were told yes they did so we proceeded to order a large order of those but we wanted them loaded (topped with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits etc.) and the girl said okay, gave us our total and told us to pull ahead. We did, paid for our order and was told it would be 5 minutes for the wedges and we should pull forward. When they came out with our order and we left for home. We dug into our snackers immediately and they were inadequate. They were cold and dry so we dipped into the potatoes. of course they weren't loaded. When I called to talk to a manager I was told they don't sell loaded wedges and when I told her that perhaps they should inform people of that when they order and not after they pull away she only kept repeating that they don't offer those. When I finally got it through to her that they should inform the customer at the time of the order and not just substitute whatever they feel like substituting she said that all she could do is replace the sandwiches. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and have never encountered such incompetent staff and management. I wish I would have gotten their names so when I send off an email to corporate they will know why I will never return there again. Our family tried to order 3 pot pies and wings and we understand that sometimes you have to wait for food, but we were told very bluntly to wait for 25 mins. We asked lightheartedly for a drink or something while we wait which we've received at several places before during a long wait (including this KFC) but the staff, including Cecilia, were very rude. They had a harsh tone with us and they tried to act like it was our job to wait for food. NO, it's their job to serve the customer and make food in a timely manner and not have an attitude when people order food. They acted like they hated their job and that somehow it was our fault. They could have been polite about us having to wait even if they didn't want to offer a complimentary ice water drink etc. but they weren't polite at all- they have no business being in customer service! They then started talking negatively about us in Spanish not realizing that we know Spanish as well. How rude and unprofessional! When we confronted them about their unprofessionalism, they didn't even apologize or act cordially with us. We used to be loyal customers of KFC but no more! What a darn shame, you need to hire...
