K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Roseville

From the moment i walked in i felt unwelcomed from the look I was given and no greeting from the lady at checkout, I didn't let that turn me back because I knew what I came to get. I was here yesterday saw a nice suit but i forgot my size, so i came back today to get it. When I was ready to check out I stood waiting and that same lady said to me "if you are ready you can set them down". I did, she started asking a bunch of personal question then I asked what are these for? She said coupon, i made it clear to her no thanks can I just check out she rolled her eyes and laughed out loud then the insults started saying I was funny and what not. I said to her, if I didnt like the suit I would have walked out but I really like it so just so she knows that is the only reason i was still there. A black lady walked from the back room, i dont know who she is at the store but the rude attendant all over sudden started being nice. I asked to speak to the Manager but was denied by the black lady saying she will discuss the matter with her (Attendant). Horrible customer service. Tailor at the back 5 star, very helpful. If you dont mind not getting any assistance while in the store then you will be fine here because they have nice things for you to look...

Went to K&G in Roseville to get a Suit for a formal event that me and my Wife would be attending. I wanted a Suit in Blue, Green, or Tan, but my Sales Associate showed me other ideas.

K&G has everything in Brand Name Clothing (First quality), in Shoes and Accessories and they even do sizing and Tailoring adjustments on location. I purchased the following; Ralph Loren Dress Slacks (Black), Ralph Loren Vest (Black), Bocaccio Suit Jacket (Red), Socks (Red), two Pocket Squares(Black and Gray), Stacy Adam's Shoes (Black) and Belt (Black). The only thing I didn't get from K&G was a Ralph Loren, checkered and fitted Dress Shirt (Fine Black and White) that I got at another Store. Excluding the Ralph Loren Dress Shirt, I only paid $267.00! In a Department Store, the same thing would cost me over $800.00. Oh yeah..... The pricing is unbelievable.

Any time we attend something formal, I always go to K&G first to get what I need that is current in fashion. FYI, K&G is owned by Tailored Brands Inc., who owns Men's Wearhouse and Jos. A....

I purchased two suits from this store on the 7th. I had them done by the in- store tailor. I bought them home and my favorite of the two suits was wrinkled like it just came out of a box. The woman said she would press it when she was taking the measurements. The sleeves were still too long and the coat needed to be taken in. I didn't take this into my normal tailor because I thought this would be convenient and done correctly because they do SELL AND DO ALTERATIONS FOR SUITS HERE !!! I was so disgusted at the look I took the coat to my normal tailor who noticed that one of the sleeves was longer than the other and cut at an angle. I just spent extra money to get this done because I need to have this suit available and cut CORRECTLY by Saturday. I am not...
