Jack's Urban Eats — Restaurant in Roseville

This place is definitely worth the wait. Not only is the line you may be waiting in worth it, but the whole place smells fantastic. When it comes to the best food around Granite Bay, Jack's will pleasantly surprise you. I love fries, and having the best tasting fries is important. When deciding on a place to eat you have to consider Jacks, if your in Roseville or Granite Bay.

Considering that there really aren't a ton of Jacks around, you can only guess why such an amazing place to eat hasn't expanded everywhere. The sandwiches are to die for. Everything about the meals, fries, and drinks they have is delicious. When you enter Jacks, it kind of has a "hispter-trendy" feel to the place. The smell of the place is enough to return, but the visual designs of the restaurant is something else. I picture a place like Portland, having tons of Jacks all over the place for some reason.

I've been eating at different Jacks all across California, and in my personal experience the one in Granite Bay is the best. Getting great tasting food is a big goal for anyone looking for the right restaurant to go to. Check this place out, if it isn't already on your lists of...

Any Jack's Urban Eats is always a pleasure to visit and go thru their cafeteria like ordering system and then sit and hangout a bit. This time we did an online order and was able to pick our food up from their self pick up shelf which was nice because I didn't have to visit the busy workers. I always go for their chicken sandwich, husband likes to get the mango salsa chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun which is so nice that they offer, and we go for the family garlic fries which are always good. We also got a side of Mac and cheese for our one year old and I haven't ordered that dish before and unfortunately it was not good. Was not nearly cheesy enough and the noodles weren't cooked al dente. My baby girl didn't even give them the time of day and she LOVES Mac and cheese. Maybe it was a bad batch but probably won't try that again. Otherwise any other item on the menu is amazing! And truly the employees put in work to make it amazing so...

Update 8/21/22: restaurant gets crowded on Sundays after local church services let out. Be prepared to look over the menu and chat with your party if there's a line. Even a long line moves along ok. Our blacked salmon cob salad and pulled pork sandwich were prepared well, served up shortly and tasted great!

Original review: This review is based on my recent visit only. Restaurant was busy, but I've seen it busier and louder. There were 3 in my party. We ordered one Santa Fe salad and two sandwiches. Food was fresh! Everything looked good....except, the salad. I mean it looked good, but I could tell right away the avocado that I paid extra for was missing. Ok, they added avocado. I asked for ranch dressing, but got lime cilantro or whatever it is. They toss salads with the dressing so it's on every bite. Great, unless it's the wrong dressing! Only 3 stars...
