Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Roseville

You would think if you pay $23.00 for two meals the least a resteraunt (fast food or not) could do is get the order right. Number 5 add bacon for $0.59 cents,... no problem, except when you don't get bacon on the burger. Ask for a Steak teriyaki bowl,... and you get chicken instead. Order a 3 piece egg roll,... get home, no egg rolls. This is not the first time this Jack in the box has screwed up an order, but this is the last. Nipped out of over $5.00 in product. It's not rocket science guys,... these are the people trying to justify getting $15.00 an hour as minimum wage, but they cannot get a simple drive through order correct, on multiple occasions. Maybe the employees should redact the need for a munchie box, put the stuff down and pay attention to the orders. In my industry, I would be fired for making such foolish mistakes that effect customers. Then again, in my industry actions such as this would be categorised as petty theft by trick or device and/or conspiracy to defraud a customer.

Do not go use the drive through at this Jack in the Box,... the night shift is padding their pockets at the customers expense. Can I give Negative...

Disappointing. Went through the drive through where the speaker was so soft we could barely hear the guy taking our order. Asked for balsamic instead of ranch for the side salad but was given ranch. Our burger came out cold to the touch. The server had really bad customer service and when we pointed out the milk shake was runny (more like chocolate milk than a milkshake), he threw the take out bag. I get it was late at night and he probably didnt want to be there and no one likes to be asked to make a milkshake thicker... but this was some of the worst customer services we've ever had. I've enjoyed Jack in the Box in many different locations, but this one is subpar. Cold food, poor service. No thanks. Go somewhere else for your late night food fix.

Edited to add that I was reading other reviews and saw negative reviews about a server named Eric. Had my boyfriend check our receipt and sure enough, that was our server. Avoid this guy. He obviously doesn't care about his work...

Went there with my hubby to grab lunch cause it sounded good. Started in the drive thru and backed out. You couldn't understand nor hear the guy. Went inside to order and it just got worse. I got a regular #10 with curly fries and my hubby got a regular #8 with curly fries. The girl at the counter tried to hand us the 16oz cups, not the 21oz cups and proceeded to tell us that's what the combos come with. I about had a fit, since when does a regular combo ANYWHERE come with a 16oz drink? Then, the gentlemen that walked in after us got his food immediately and we had to wait longer. The Dr. Pepper was out and the regular coke tasted like vanilla mixed with orange.

Never going back...
