After driving around for about an hour because the two bubble tea places we tried to visit were closed early for some reason, we ended up here at Tea It!

We ordered the passion fruit slushie with boba, and the 50/50 fruit freeze which had mango freeze on top, vanilla ice cream in the middle, and pineapple freeze at the bottom. I really loved the 50/50 freeze the most! The fruit freezes were super refreshing, and the flavors were really bold and it tasted a lot like real fruit, just in an ice form! I've heard that Gunthers ice cream was really popular, and there happened to be Gunthers vanilla ice cream in the freeze as well. My first impression of the ice cream was pretty good. It was very creamy, but I couldn't really taste the vanilla in the ice cream. It did pair very well with the two different freezes and made a perfect and refreshing, creamy, rich bite!

However, I wasn't a huge fan of my drink because I really wasn't into the bits of passion fruit seeds, and they are really crunchy and slightly sour. The boba was also slightly undercooked, and some of the boba were really hard, but some were perfectly fine. The slush itself was very tasty and refreshing though!

Overall, this place was really nice, and I'm just happy they were open because we drove an hour to find a place that was open! Anyways, I loved the interior, and the staff were very nice, and the food was...

I drive by this place all the time and finally was able to stop and check it out. Just like the outside of the building inside is just as beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The menu had lots of Tea options with a simple straightforward layout, so even someone new to Boba would have a easy time making choices. I got a Thai tea and was extremely happy with the balance of flavors. Not to sweet, not to watery or milky, just absolute perfection! They also have light lunch items at amazing prices so needless to say I had to try something. I got the "Just Turkey it" sandwich and everything was crisp, fresh, and on point! So overall a very pleasant lunch experience. They also have a cute little item shop where you can buy your own tea leaves, metal straws, Keychains, and even little Boba jars! I got a bag of Peach Oolong Tea that I'm definitely excited to try later in the evening. Thank you Just Tea It for a wonderful time I'll definitely be visiting...

Was at Roseville for another Vball tournament this past weekend and decided to try this boba tea spot based on the ratings. I got the usual jasmine milk tea w/boba 25% sweet. This time, I decided to accept the mgr/owner's offer to replace the powder, lactose-free milk with whole milk. Big mistake. My drink had a peculiar seafood-like taste, with the boba being a little undercooked and hard in the center. I barely drank a few sips and had to toss my drink...1. I tried my daughter's tiger milk tea w/boba 25% sweet, which did not have the weird taste and tasted decent but barely any tea. The boba was similar, tad chewey/hard in the center, she and I gave it 3.5. The other drinks were from her teammates, who seemed to enjoy the drinks, although they don't drink boba teas as much. Overall, for the boba tea...

my favorite boba place ever i ask my mom to take me here every friday after school, their boba is delicious and theyre never stingy with the amount of drink and boba they give, will forever love this place and ive been buying boba from them since 2021-2022 🥹😁 okly complaint i have is they dont have any almond milk or dairy replacements but as its a small business i completly understand that and if im willing to go out of my way and risk it just to drink milk you know its good, also the ladies are very nice 😁😁 they even listened to my suggestion about making their times longer on weekends or end of the weeks from 6 to 8 brcause thats when boba is most commonly bought and i can finally get some when its kinda late 💓💓
